I can't say enough good things about the fast work and the guy that came out was very nice and courteous however we paid over 4k to have a new heater put into our hot tub that we cannot even use because the guy who said he would come back to fire up the gas, get it running and show us how to use it when we fill it, has not came back after over 4 months. We have set dates for him to come 4 times now and have had to fill and empty the pool every one of those times because he did not Show up.

My pool looked terrible, and when they did show up, they were there all of 5 min. Dropped some tabs in the skimmer and whoosh...gone. No brushing the walls or skimming or vacuuming. I called Jose and although he was very busy, agreed to come over and take me on as a customer. He came over several times in the first month - had to replace the filter grids, gaskets and get everything just right.....now the pool is functioning great, looks great! They replaced both pumps effortlessly and affordably. The pool heater problem turned out to be not the heater, but my gas line which was quickly identified as the culprit. The line was full of water. They blew out the line and hooked it back up and it now runs like a charm. Both Daniel and Brian remained courteous and extremely knowledgeable at all facets of my entire system. I can quite easily without hesitation recommend them for the maintenance on any part of a pool system. I know I am finally completely satisfied at finding a company that can meet any of my future problems (which we all know will happen -- not if, but when). Now, if I can only find an electrician ....
