I think folks need to understand that most…read moreof the miscommunication and scheduling issues are usually made by the vendor that sold the product and those same vendors are usually the blame. My wife & I had a similar situation and although I choose not to name the Cabinet Vendor, we can attest that it wasn't the fault of Stone Dynamics. The gentleman that took the measurements (Bobby L.) was spot-on and we are very grateful for his professional accuracy. The installers showed up on time but were given false information as to whether or not there was demolition & removal involved (by the cabinet vendor). Once we rectified that, a three man crew completed the removal and the installation with a few obstacles but finished in record time and the final product is nothing short of fantastic! These guys were amazing and we couldn't be more pleased with our new Kitchen. Before you jump to conclusions on Stone Dynamics, you might want to look at the original vendor you chose that sold you the cabinets & countertops. When we decide to remodel our bathrooms, we will certainly include Stone Dynamics to do the work!

While the final product is satisfactory, the process leading up to it left much to be desired. Once you pay, yes you pay in full before an installation date can be scheduled they become unhelpful, unfriendly and rude. You are at their mercy. The first slab that arrived had a manufacturing defect and an incorrect sink cutout, which made it unusable. They screwed a 2X4 into our cabinets in order to hold the sink in place. This is totally unacceptable. Scratched up the sink as they assumed we are replacing the sink. This is only a year old sink. Although the company switched out the slab this is poor quality control on their part and should have been checked beforehand. The braces for the sink was still incorrect and had to be removed. Again, wrong measurements. Dealing with management is a total nightmare. Yelling at us and blaming the sink cut-out error on us, although they do the final laser measurements beforehand. Maybe they were not aware that they were on speakerphone and everyone in the room heard the conversation. I cannot even repeat the rude and personal comments made by Michael. The installation crew was average--adequate in execution but not particularly impressive in communication or attention to detail. Definitely a language barrier here. Given these factors, I would not recommend this contractor to others at all. A quality product is important, but respectful, professional and reliable service matters just as much. Only time will tell if this is a quality product or not but i do not expect any after sale service.
