Disorganization at it's best. Where are the managers or team leaders when you need them?
The good: The place itself looks nice and is built in a way which is not like typical Tim Hortons.
The bad: Took us a total of 12 MINUTES between ordering and getting a simple moka coffee. Yeah, TWELVE ! And they were five people behind the counter (one cashier, one sandwich person, one server, one filling donuts, and one running around doing whatever). There is no car service there.
Totally bad place and no service. This time was worse than previous as we came for a simple coffee and had more people available to give us service. read more
