I would definitely go back there even if I'm not near Dorval. This place feels like home a bit. I want to try different stuff from that bakery and they also sell French local products as the Cassoulet which is like goose confit with beans and more... You need to try it. The staff, which I assume was composed that day of the bistro's two co-owners, was courteous and efficient. The chicken was one of the most tender ones i've had, and it's cut into small pieces so that you don't have to rip it every bite (which also allows you to keep the panini together).
