I feel it is important to share an unfortunate experience I had at the Tim Hortons location in Shediac. As a regular customer, I have frequently noticed that the coffee served here often tastes burnt, which is already disappointing. However, today's experience was particularly concerning and has prompted me to speak up.
When I visited this morning, one of the employees placed my coffee down forcefully and said, "Enjoy it," in a very rude manner. Following this, the manager approached me and spoke to me in an equally unprofessional and discourteous way, accusing me of not paying for a coffee on a previous visit--a claim that is entirely false and baseless. This was both surprising and upsetting, as I have always paid for my orders.
Seeking to resolve the situation, I later called the location to discuss the matter, but the manager hung up on me without addressing my concerns, which only added to the frustration.
As a loyal customer who values good service and professionalism, I am very disappointed with the way I was treated today. I hope that management takes note of this feedback and addresses the need for better customer service and training at this location. No customer should ever feel disrespected or unfairly treated.
Thank you for reading, and I hope this encourages positive change.
Sincerely,
