I think my favourite so far is the pecan tart and the poppyseed pastry-- they're perfectly baked and perfectly sweet. The service is very hasty, they're there to give you what you need, get you to pay and get you to go home so you can enjoy the pastries! The cookie wasn't that bad, I wished that they used dark chocolate because it was really sweet, and a bit hard. The best cookies for me are the ones that are crispy on the outside but soft in the inside, which this one is hard throughout. We communicated with them through email and they were always very prompt and clear in their responses. I wanted a very specific design for the cake and they definitely made it come to life. The cake wasn't in the best condition by the time we ate it at the wedding, but that was expected because we picked up the cake a day in advance and it sat on display during our wedding for a long time. The inside feels like you've been transported to Asia despite the shop's unassuming exterior. There are lots of delicious pastries to choose from. Their specialty are dacquoise and cakes. They also have a variety of coffee and tea. There are lots of tables inside and the decorations are gorgeous. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful. When I came on a weekend midday, there was no one in the cafe, so it's an excellent place to sit and enjoy a drink in peace :)
