I'm going to assume they were short staffed and training people at the same time. Took 30-45 minutes to get a bagel sandwich. That being said it was delicious, the bagel was chewy and the egg was done to almost perfection. Just took a long time to get today. I would definitely recommend anyone to try this place. I will definitely be back for the bagel sandwich and coffee.

It would have woken me up! Inside , you hear the occasional loud beeping from behind the counter, which I never hear at the DD on E. State St., also having the same owner. The staff is experienced and deals with both counter and drive thru traffic well . The parking lot was, as always, clean and approachable and the interior was as well. When we stopped in it was mid-day and the hot box was well-stocked with some of our favorite things, although the gentlemen ahead of me did manage to grab the last chicken sandwich on the rack. No matter, I simply went to the cheeseburger instead. I also discovered what may be my new favorite drink at 7-11, and that's the 7-11 signature brand flavored waters, in this case the watermelon flavor. The foundation of apple juice the water is built on was apparent, but it definitely had a pleasant watermelon flavor due no doubt to their using actual watermelon juice from concentrate. I also have to applaud the way the staff dealt with a situation that occurred during my visit. When I went through the line a second time (through no fault of the staff) it turned out that the man ahead of me had been sassing the attendant, and the grabbed the buttocks of the woman in line behind him. She immediately called him out and he was told to leave the store and not come back. They immediately offered to provide her with the security footage of the incident, and I was quick to step outside and grab the license plate off the gold Escalade he climbed into. The rapid response of the staff was appreciated, as was their willingness to stand up for their patron's safety. All told a great visit, and I'll definitely be back.
