The staff at this location are hands down the most friendly and hardworking coffee shop staff I've seen and they also happen to work amazingly well as a team. You think the local Starbucks team look in-sync when they hit the rush? I bet you that this team has them beat and they'll be grinning ear to ear the whole time. Even when I sit to enjoy my tea and get my new downloading session underway, I can hear one of the counter guys talking to a little kid about how much milk they go through, and how he grew a whole foot in a year from how much milk he drank. Super sweeties who give the absolute best service despite being the only java option in the area. It is one of those places that reminds you that the service is what counts.

Every location I went to was full but the line goes by quickly. This specific location is in old Montreal so if you're doing sightseeing it's a great spot to chill. The cafe crema is insane. The texture and flavor of this is something I've never had before. The coffee flavor is strong but not offensively strong. Even if you're not a fan of coffee I'd still suggest you try it. The affogato was lovely with the espresso and gelato mixing it creates that lovely icy texture on the outside. It is more pricey so I'd say the safe crema is the way to go.

It can get busy and the lines form out the door, but the pastries and coffee are worth it. We ordered the chocolate and pistachio filled croissants and donuts. We ordered the Remix which is authentic freddo expresso, cafe crema soft serve and topped off with hot frothed milk and chocolate. This was a 10/10 and was every bit of amazing as it looks in the picture. Service was fast and friendly. One note, they don't have flavored coffees, so I couldn't order a caramel latte, for example.
