the matcha is a crap, it is too sweet and the quality of matcha is not good. One more thing I don't…read moreget it, why it asks for the fee when I walk In a cafe and grab and coffee and they just did their job.

It has all of the usual great SC drinks (best of the coffee chains!) and a great rewards program! We were always able to find a table and they have a good selection of different seating arrangements (long table, 4-person tables, comfy chairs by the fireplace (!!), counter with tall chairs). There is also a small outdoor patio area to sit out during the summer months. Some of my favourite things to order are: - Dark Chocolate Frozen "hot" chocolate - Orange FroCho (it tastes like drinking an orange Creamsicle!) - Blueberry muffin (made with Greek yogurt for greater protein content) - Sumatra coffee - Vanilla bean hot chocolate - Pumpkin Spice Latte (I've tried versions from every coffee shops each year & keep coming back to this as the best) - seasonal maple leaf shortbreads - Chocolate peanut butter oat cake - Harvest Berry tea (This is a wildberry tea made with their apple cider mix & it is PHENOMENAL! The perfect drink for one of those grey or rainy days.) I'm not super into their food or baked goods; the former I haven't tried and the latter I find mostly too sweet for my tastebuds. That and the sometimes limited parking are why this coffee shop doesn't get 5 stars from me. They do have some gluten-free packaged snacks and I think maybe even fresh fruit. As for coffee, they usually have a couple of roasts on the go. My favourite (Sumatra) is rarer in rotation. You can also buy bags of your favourite coffee to make at home, which I somehow didn't realize until a year ago! In addition to that, they have coffee makers, accessories, hot chocolate mixes, tea and apple cider mix for sale. This location is connected to a Needs convenience store and gas station. It can sometimes take awhile to get out of the parking lot if you're trying to turn left onto Suzie Lake Cres., but you can always turn right and essentially pull a u-turn.

It will be better known for it's drive thru one day as it is a much smaller Starbucks with a wonderful drive thru set up. So far most of their business has been people headed towards work and hitting up the drive thru in the early hours as well as people working in the area. Quick and efficient as always. I had the opportunity of sitting inside for a few hours with my husband as we looked over some stuff on the net. Our kitchen is being renovated and it is much easier to get out of the house and away from the stress. I found this location to be quiet and comfortable. my only complaint is that while we were there during sunset hours, the sun blared in on us in the sitting area making it very hard to look at our laptop and sit comfortably without having to block the sun out of your eyes. Will try sitting in different spots next time. I only give it 4 stars as it is a little out of the way for most and nestled in a location for a niche of customers. hopefully after a few visits it will blow me out of the water to keep coming back and give it 5!

They always mess my order up almost every time I go here somehow. I asked for a strawberry açai…read morelemonade and the woman doesn't even speak so it was getting awkward, and then I just said "could I get it with light ice?" And she said "sure. " and then she said the price which I forget what it was. So it was also my bad but I forgot to say what size I wanted, but she didn't even ask me what size I wanted in the first place! So then she made my drink and when I got it, it didn't have any strawberries on the top, which mind you I never said no strawberry inclusions. It also was a grande. I hate when they do that and just assume you want a grande. So then I went back to my car and I had a sip and it was like they mixed lemonade and one drop of strawberry juice! Like it tasted like just lemonade.

Worse service ever!! I've been a gold card member for 15+ years.... and I just got the worse…read moreservice ever. Kianna - was the preparer of my drink order. It literally took 15 minutes and it wasn't even that busy considering how Starbucks usually is. She grabbed my cup to start the drink, then started stocking the cupboards after going back and forth to the backroom... stopping to chat with coworkers as I waited. People who were in front of me, were long gone after being served by the guy and two females, but Kianna took her time. I asked the guy what's taking so long....he said she's working on it....we both looked and she was stocking and talking not working on my drink. Until I said I want a refund. Then she said hey I'll work on it now. That really should have been a compt drink. Unbelievable. My drink was a slushy refresher .

I am disappointed that I see no culture diversity there and that infact there is just all indians. There must be a indian manager hiring all their culture because there is NO DIVERSITY HERE. I feel as though Tims are taking advantage of the tax credit that they get from the government for refuges of tims only paying them $10 and the rest goverment funded, but this is not benefiting customers but actually loosing customers. Disappointed as when I went there today i ordered 2 drinks which BOTH were made wrong, I go in to tell them and i am looked at like i have 10 heads. THERE IS A COMMUNICATION BARRIER. By the end of them remaking it it was still wrong. I believe it is because they cannot understand what your asking because they can barely speak english. I asked for a tea with no sugar i got sugar, i asked for a cold drink with extra sugar i got none. WONT BE BACK AND SADLY I LIVE CLOSE SO WILL BE MAKING THE EXTRA MILES TO GO ELSEWHERE.
