It's not a first but it is a rarity. I ordered food at a Tim's. It's a well-known hate relationship between Tim's food and me. Today is different. When I ordered the Bacon, Egg and Cheese and on biscuit, the multitudes were stunned. It was pretty darn good, too! Washed it down with an extra large coffee and topped off the visit with a vanilla creame filled donut. The whole meal rocked and had me looking for more. Wisdom took over and I only refilled the coffee. For a cost. Complaint: As legendary as Tim's coffee is, I've always disagreed with their no free refill policy. At least on a basic cup of coffee. The staff are super happy and helpful. They're nice people who seem genuinely glad to see you. The restaurant is clean and proved to have plenty of room for us this morning. I was in the area for a meeting with 30 people so wanted to grab coffee, donuts and bagels. I tried to call the night before, Thursday night as they were still open to make sure they could make a couple boxes of coffee ahead of time. So I did not have to wait. I did not receive an answer so just stopped in Friday morning. They opened at 7 AM, however, the doors were still locked. I could see an employee sitting in the drive-through area in the store eating but the door was still locked. It was not opened until 7:07 AM. I ordered three dozen assorted donuts and bagels and ask if they had enough coffee for a box. They said yes, however, 15 minutes later after they brew it I got my coffee. Evidently they did not understand my question if they had enough coffee. Donuts and bagels were good And the coffee was so full when I opened it it squirted out onto the floor in my meeting room. Food is good. Service not so much. read more

I normally don't like to review chain places, but I go here at least once I week when I travel to Findlay and I love everyone who works here. Everyone is so friendly and the store front is always so clean!!! read more

Great 1st experience at Tim Hortons. Had heard the hype about it, but never been in an area that had one so as soon as we saw this location we immediately pulled in to give it a try. The Timbits were exactly as good as everyone said. We had the sour cream blueberry ones and they were amazing! The Oreo frappe was also very delicious. The Boston cream donut was well filled and pretty tasty as well. This location is unique with a cold stone paired with it, but it does have a drive thru. We walked inside to get the full experience and there's a nice display of what they have available. Definitely will return to a Tim Hortons whenever back north. read more

DO NOT GO HERE- ITS NOT JUST TIM HORTONS BUT ALSO A COLDSTONE PAIR. The problems: tap/apple pay is not accepted here, and the facility is unclean. Ordered an ice cap that went too hard on the ice and not enough on the cappacino, barely tasted like anything. When I ordered an oreo shake, I watched the worker fumble around with the milk, blender, and oreo, and then added ice AFTER blending the milk and oreo, then handed it to me. Not only did he think that was a shake (which it's not, BLEND THE ICE in the shake, don't add it to a chunky milk mixture. Can't believe I have to explain how to make a shake to a Coldstone employee)- I would have rather waited for him to contact someone who knew how to make a shake than hand me something that's not a shake. I also witnessed the worker (Indian) hand a little girl (Indian) a free ice cream cone- get this- that he scooped out without gloves. Unsanitary, unprofessional racist preferences, and untrained employees. I should've gotten the Culvers instead. read more

Ordered three items at the drive thru: cold brew coffee, cookie dough and pecan ice cream, and an Oreo milkshake. They got the coffee wrong and the ice cream wrong. Maybe they couldn't hear me at the drive thru, I don't know. Man, I was just super excited that I could get Coldstone ice cream through a drive thru for the first time. So really this review is just to say, y'all bummed me out. I'll be back but y'all messed up my Friday a little bit. read more

Waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru for Tim it's at 930 in a Saturday morning pretty much sucks. Tim Hortons seems to keep having this problem no matter the location. Too bad. Good food worst service ever. read more

I love Tim Horton's coffee and normally get it from the Tiffin Avenue location in Findlay. Hoping to stay on the west side of town, I decided to grab my morning coffee at this location. The drive-thru was the absolute slowest I've ever been in and the woman who took my money was incredibly rude. I thanked her and she said nothing, turned away and closed the window. As irritated as I was having to wait, I still made an effort to be polite so that *really* angered me and I decided then and there that I will not return to that location EVER. If you want your Tim Horton's fix, it is worth the extra time to head to Tiffin Avenue for always super fast and extremely friendly service! P.S. If it's worth me writing a Yelp review for, it seriously made an impact on me. Great customer service is so important! read more

I have been to my local west side Tim Hortons many times, and used to love it. Lately, it just keeps getting worse. Today, they threw my sides in my bag loose with everything else. Everything was covered with chocolate from the donut. I went inside, and they told me that they no longer put sides in bags. What?! How is this ok? This was my first visit to a Tim Hortons, and never even got to order. Waited in a small line for over 10 min and line didn't move at all. Others in line in front of me left too. So disappointed, oh well. Went to Waffle House instead. Probably was served and ate there before I would have even ordered at Tim Hortons at that rate. read more
