The menu is unique in that it seemed Tim Horton's does a lot of things but with few options. I thought the beef sandwich I had was phenomenal. read more

Waited and waited for the latte that never arrived, only to discover that they did not have in the store soy or almond milk, despite the kiosk offering it. The staff seemed confused on workflow. Maybe this is a new location or layout? It's convenient bc it's right near the border, but that's about it. read more

So i get into the store, immediately theres a lineup of people thats almost filling the store. Im trying to order my medium double double, and i look in the back, as the manager throws a tray of food at an employee. I believed the managers name is Rick. After harassed his employee, he started verbally abusing the employees on the floor, most of which looked like minors. Please fix this problem before it gets even more out of hand. read more

Been accused of stealing Also was banned due too there employes mistakes ..worst employees, even worse management.. I complained too the corporation and they didn't even do squat and even notified them ..about the employes actions and accusations .. nothing done.. instead I was banned for false tales from There employees. And management allowed them to treat me this kind of way. On too the next one that appreciates my money for their great service .this place does not deserve that. read more

Service was absolutely terrible! Little to no communication between staff resulting in my order and others during my visit being made incorrectly. I ordered a homestyle sausage biscuit and revived nothing but bread and a sausage patty. Unacceptable service with many errors due to inexperienced staff. Very disappointing and not in the least bit satisfied with my experience. If you could give a rating of negative stars this restaurant would deserve it. On the bright side there was also a gentleman outside the window doing squats and I bet he would have made my order right the first time. read more

I couldn't see that this was the sort of bakery that caters to special dietary needs, and I was also surprised to find nothing maple flavored (what kind of Canadians are these?), but I could go elsewhere if I had such needs.
