Whoooo!!! Go Timmys! I find it so hilarious, I feel the need to post a written transcript of a conversation I had with Canadian Immigration. CI: Where are you coming from, Sir? Me: Salem, Oregon. CI: What's your purpose for coming to Canada today, sir? Me: I'm going to Tim Horton's for doughnuts. CI: You came all the way from Oregon to go to Timmys?" Me: Pretty much. CI: Have a nice visit, sir. Anyways, upon arrival, the smell was intoxicating. I can't get enough of Tim Horton's goodness. I ordered a dozen regular donuts (including two apple fitters, fresh out of the oven, that were beyond fabulous. Words, literally, cannot express the way they melted in the mouth and created a rich aroma of unearthly flavours). I also wanted some TimBits. For you crude Americans, they are often referred to by third world countries as "doughnut holes." So I told the young lady to just split me up five glazed and five chocolate. She said, "Did you see our salted caramel ones?" I said I had not. She told me to hold out my hand, which I did. She deposited a salted caramel doughnut hole in my hand. As I ate it, I must have made some interesting sounds, because she said, "I'm just going to go ahead and put some in here." At this point I told her to just go ahead and fill out my box of TimBits with whatever she thought was best, as our tastes obviously ran hand in hand. She did so. When I got home, I discovered a veritable cornucopia of TimBits...far more than the 10 I purchased. A good half dozen salted caramel were intermixed with glazed, double chocalate, strawberry, and cream filled TimBits. It was so good, I went back the next day to bring some more back to Salem. I have to say...not only are these the best damn doughnuts in the northern hemisphere, but (maybe particularly in this location), provided some of the best service I could have ever asked for. read more

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I have returned to this location numerous times throughout the last few months and every single time they messed my order up. They are rude they are crude and is simply a no good at their job what a disrespectful horrible absolute Frustrating Tim Hortons to go to. Only one cashier was tending the line up inside of the store while SIX were tending to the window. I now officially hate Timmy's. I was gifted with a $40 card for Christmas. I've been using it like once a week for a coffee. Monday I got a coffee in drive thru and asked the young lady how much was left in my card. She told me $3:36. Today I thought I'd finish the card so again drive thru ordered a coffee and the new pecan butter tart ( could be good but crust too thick). I gave the clerk my card but when she tried to swipe it she said it was declined. No-- there is 3:36 left in it. She swiped again and said zero balance and threw the card down. Swipe don't lie I was told. I've only been going there because of the gift cards I dislike their coffee and the donuts which I used to enjoy are just sweet with toppings and dry inside. Stores listed as open 24 hours. The lights are on. I go there at 4:40am no one speaks at the drive-through, go to up to the window knock on it and one of the staff members simply holds up their hand showing five fingers and walks away. Doesn't bother opening the window and explaining what that means. I have no idea, but I do know I'm not coming back. read more

This Tim Hortons seriously disappoints me. Every other time I go in they dont have what I want, that being everything bagels or plain bagels. Those are the most popular bagels they sell so I can't understand why they sell out at 12pm. Please order more or hire people know how to restock food thats needed or refill the hot chocolate machines. read more

I'm a Timmy's regular. Not all Timmy's are the same. This particular Tim Hortons plus the one in Aldergrove are horrible. the quality of the coffee is Bad. The last 2 coffees I had tasted burnt. They definitely sat for a long time. Instead of making fresh coffee like the franchise promises, they pour all the left over coffee in one pot and serve it. To save costs. They also don't order enough products. They do this to save on waste. The owners are cheap. I thought since Tim Hortons was bought out by an America company the quality went into the crapper. Nope it's just run by people who have adopted 2nd world business practices. Because the same people own all the Timmy's around my area I no longer am a customer. When 7-11 has better coffee then a coffee business there's something wrong. I even gave them several chances until I saw the proof. read more

Slowest Timmy's I've ever been to. No lines but they take forever to acknowledge you at the till. The workers never seem happy either.
