The waiting Room itself looks like an outdated cheap daycare. The TV in the waiting Room is extremely loud with cartoons playing on it. The patient rooms are somewhat unkempt and outdated as well. The staff for the most part are friendly. The doctor was less than friendly and not sympathetic and a very bad bedside manner. They only have partial walls in the patient areas therefore you can hear every noise in the patient areas. They have tv's on in each patient area along with loud music blasting over intercom and also you can hear the TV playing cartoons in the front waiting room. The office has a very chaotic feel to it. He fixed the tooth in the front but not very well I'll have to go to another dentist to get it correctly done. I would not recommend nor will I go back

They can see all five of my kids at the same time and basically get us through in what typically takes me one visit with two kids at our old place. I have two "fancy" kids, one who has Down Syndrome and one who is medically complicated and let me tell you, Dr. W and staff are so good with them. He's willing to answer ALL my insane questions as I'm "that mom" who has to know every little detail about every little thing. So patient and so kind. My daughter with DS originally was a bit timid and sometimes struggled to want to be there or to allow dentists to look at her teeth... she has had zero trouble adjusting to EP&TD, and she loves "doctor dubs" (to the point this week she invented a tooth ache so she could go see him lol, she just keeps forgetting which tooth she told me hurt lol).. We just got home from my medically complicated child having 4 teeth extracted and we felt so well cared for and supported through the whole process. We've been at this clinic for two years now. But as soon as we walked in the door we could feel the warmth and kindness of dental staff! From the moment Carlee and Mia got in the dentist chair for the overall clean & checkup to the check out of our visit, I felt safe and cared for by a very loving staff! Im so glad my gut guided us to Children's Dental Haven.. now I no longer worry about who our girls dentist will be! The assistant -Annie did a marvelous job and should be commended! She explained everything that would be going on she even explained all costs that possibly insurance didn't cover that we could easily decline with no judgement. I don't think my girls ever had pain or discomfort and definitely will return to her ! Dr P came in and overviewed all the chompers on our girls and had us feeling more confident in our choice for our girls than I walked in with. That dentist was hostile to his staff and it made me uncomfortable. He did a terrible job on my teeth and left me with a lot of work to be done. My first experience with Ward Family Dentistry was Kim, the receptionist. She was compassionate and understanding. It was evident that she really wanted to be helpful. Every time I've seen her since, she continues to be helpful, thoughtful, and empathetic. Dr. Ward explains everything he's doing and takes time to answer questions with every visit. He treats his staff with respect. I appreciate that I've had the same sweet lady as my hygienist at every single visit. I have no regrets switching to Ward Family Dentistry for my dental care needs.

She removes the cap that was originally in place and then hysterically claims that she is unable to do the plan that was originally made. Here I am, in the chair, ready to get this done. Thinking now what? She hysterically convinces me to do something different than ends up costing over $3000 more. I refuse to pay this. Yes, it went against my credit. I paid Sunbit for a treatment plan that was never done. I feel like I was conned and I'll never go back nor will I ever recommend them.

My brother had his teeth pulled and got dentures. His care was horrible. They gave him nothing for…read morepain and the pharmacy didn't open till the next day. They pulled 26 teeth! Four months later pieces of teeth keep working out from his gums. The dental assistant took his mold twice and the dentures he got won't fit in his mouth. They admitted they messed up the dentures. They split his lip they are so big. They won't make it right. He went to get them to help fix it. They spoke to him in a very condescending manner and were so rude. The dental assistant is focused on flirting & giving intimate details about her life instead of doing her job. My brother is no options now. He can't afford to buy another set. Went to Dr. Guthrie's office for my daughters first checkup (she's just under 2) and was impressed…read moreright when we walked in the door. The lobby was a child's playroom, equipped with toys, Legos, video games and an indoor treehouse type play structure. When Theresa took us back, she explained all the paperwork that I would have to look through and gave us a thorough tour of the facility. It is a very child friendly environment and my toddler loved it, she especially liked the fact that she got to choose her own toothbrush, toothpaste, and sand timer. She was sat down in an open area where all the children get checked up, had her own tv in the ceiling to keep her distracted while getting examined, and she got to wear cool pink shades for protection. Theresa explained all the instruments to my daughter and also let her touch them before they were used on her, which made her more comfortable. Amazingly, she did really well throughout her exam and then Dr. Guthrie came in to make sure there were no X-rays needed or any other dental problems. He also explained that he would be counting my daughters teeth to make her comfortable and was very quick and thorough so that my daughter didn't get scared or antsy. After her exam, she got to choose a toy to take home from their toy chest, stickers while I was signing paperwork, she received a dollar for not having any cavities and a balloon on our way out. She definitely did well on her first visit and am so glad that she didn't get traumatized by the dentist, which I'm sure a lot of toddlers do. I am glad I found this pediatric dentistry and thrilled that my daughter is going to be a happy patient here!
