Most recently, "Tony" finished a laundry room remodel. The laundry room remodel included installation of new ceramic tile flooring, replumbing of washing machine connections, installation of a new fireproof door to our garage as well as installation of new cabinetry. The attention to detail and quality of finish was excellent through all phases of the work. Dealing with Tony and his staff was a breeze. It started with Tony providing us a detailed cost estimate and scope of work for our project. He worked with us to refine the estimate to make sure we ended up with the components and finishes we would be happy with and within our budget. Tony is an excellent communicator. He explains options, describes the construction process and is always willing to answer questions. Tony's crew are very professional and courteous to deal with. They are neat in their work. The work site is left clean and tidy after each work day. It is also important to note that Tony is totally reliable when it comes to meeting scope and schedule for projects. When a schedule is agreed upon, Tony meets that schedule. Finally, there are no surprises when the final bill is presented. Tony keeps track of costs and finishes within budget. We cannot recommend Tony highly enough. He sets the standard for household remodeling and construction projects.

After over a month of back and forth with Jay and the same repeated excuses I finally gave up trying to get him to come out to our home to work on the extensive repairs we need done on our home. We were set up with a date and time for him to come out at least 3 times, everytime he never showed or had an excuse as to why he could not come out. We were told that he would be able to give us a quote via email if we sent pictures, pictures were sent and then we were informed he would have to come out. That never happened. We have now had to go back to square one again, looking for a contractor to help us with repairs after we discovered a roof leak and subsequent water damage in our home we just purchased.

The exterior of the house was almost completely destroyed by wood rot and the previous owners neglect. He and his staff worked tirelessly for months to get the house back into shape. He does not cut corners, he cleans up after each day and he is reliable in finishing the work. Renovations can be stressful and I definitely felt calm knowing he was taking care of everything and I would have no problems in the future.

After telephone calls to have them come back and inspect, we have not received a call or email back for help to come and check out the work. They also never returned any of my calls after the initial repair on other work we discussed. Along with the shoddy work on the roof, the customer service is terrible and unprofessional. All 3 bathrooms required custom cabinetry. All 3 are gorgeous! He even used a special spray paint on the cabinets that I didn't know about and it was so slick looking. We loved it! Since we couldn't get back to the house for several months we went ahead and paid him in full. When we got to the house we found a few minor things that still needed to be done. To explain: My husband and I purchased a home recently, unfortunately we are dealing with a situation where the sellers did not make honest disclosures and there is now a legal process involved. I was straightforward about this over the phone. I was also straightforward with where we were located in reference to Brooklet. After explaining ALL of the work we needed done, the person I spoke with on the phone was super supportive about getting a contractor to us (no issue with this particular employee). He asked if we were veterans, both my husband and I are, we were informed of the veteran discount policy, which is nice, but definitely not something we ever expect. All seemed great, we managed to get a date and time set up for the contractor to come out to our home. After scheduling I received a call a while later from the same person I spoke with previously. He informed me that after talking to the owner/contractor, the only way he would be able to keep the appointment was if we paid $200 in advance for the contractor to come out. Then I was told "this never happens" and this was not standard for them. The reason I was given is because of the distance from Brooklet (we are on the Statesboro side of Sylvania). I was told that because we had other contractors coming out, the $200 charge was for gas and time. I NEVER once mentioned speaking to or scheduling other contractors. This all occurred in September and we are still looking for a contractor to help us with the repairs. This contractor is a sad excuse for a veteran business who claims to support other veterans, especially service disabled veterans. He does not even have the spine to contact customers directly when he changes his business practices on a whim, instead he puts it on his employees to deliver information that he should handle.
