They came back to "repair" but same thing happened again. I called multiple times to have them come back with the final communication being "let me do some research and get back to you on that." Guess who didn't call back? You guessed it. At that point I gave up and resolved to have a couple bubbles, not worth my time or effort. This was well over a year ago. Part two is the current issue. My next door neighbor (who is great) hires them to put a new roof on their home. My neighbor makes sure they clean up the debris that continues to fall in my yard as will do when one rips off an old roof and installs a new one, which they did. So far so good. Then I noticed they had damaged one of the screens to our back patio which would require replacing. I sent a pic to my neighbor and he contacted them right away as they also knocked one of our security cameras off on the same side. Of course the foreman was super apologetic and assured him they would repair. My neighbor then offered to pay for the camera and deduct it from his bill, to which the foreman said yes that works. As for the screen they would take care of that themselves. Guess who still has a ripped screen THREE WEEKS later. After multiple calls and being told, the screen is special order due to size but it's coming, oh he is on his way, oh he had an emergency, oh it's raining, oh he got caught up on another job as well as few other no shows I offered to call myself, which I did. I left a message for the foreman and then called the main office directly. Spoke to a lovely woman who assured me I'd get a call on Monday..she stated that it was the first she was hearing if it but it would definitely get taken care of...guess who didn't get a call? Guess what day it is, not Monday anymore. Guess who stopped answering my neighbors calls? If you guess Your Total Exterior Pros you would be spot on! I find this business to be severely lacking in integrity and follow through, it's too bad too because my neighbors roof does look great...we shall see. If you want a company that truly stands behind their work I would go elsewhere.

Our experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful from start to finish. The project was plagued by poor communication, repeated delays, and a lack of follow-through. Subcontractors often didn't show up as scheduled, and weeks would pass with little progress. We were left without a working kitchen or laundry for long periods, which caused significant inconvenience and additional expenses for our family. Jobsite cleanliness and care for our property were lacking. Demolition and construction damaged our existing floors, resulting in thousands of dollars in refinishing costs. While the owner admitted responsibility, we never received adequate compensation or resolution. The most serious problem was discovered after the renovation: severe moisture, mold, and structural damage that had never existed in our home's 60-year history. Multiple independent professionals--including the city inspector, a technical expert, and an inspector sent by their own insurance company--concluded that Moncrief Renovations violated building code by blocking crawlspace ventilation, creating a moisture trap that led to extensive damage. Despite providing Moncrief with detailed documentation, inspection reports, and repeated requests for resolution, they failed to take responsibility or correct the issues. We have since filed complaints with the Georgia Secretary of State Licensing Board, the Georgia Department of Insurance, and are seeking further action. I would strongly advise anyone considering Moncrief Renovations LLC to proceed with extreme caution. Our experience has resulted in major property damage, financial loss, and ongoing stress.

I engaged with Jimmy and he came out and evaluated our needs and brought in a couple more of his 'idea' craftsmen in a later meeting. They not only came up with an unexpected solution, using state of the art materials, but the price quoted was right where we wanted it to have been, so we engaged them and got on the schedule. I've posted both before and after photos that show the great transformation they created. You can see by the bright interior now that we at last have a porch that we can use!! Charlie really came thru for me, he did the Glazing on many windows which were in need, Roof repairs were made and ive been trouble free since. I was in search of a vendor or multiple vendors to replace an exterior door, repair/replace some…read moresubfloor from the leaking exterior door, demolish and dispose of a large outdoor deck and build a new replacement deck. I contacted Levi through Yelp and he responded quickly. We met at the house one evening to review the damages and repairs needed. He promptly provided a quote by the next day if not that same evening. I felt it was a fair quote and price for the amount of repairs needed considering the unknown of the extent of the interior floor damage. The quote listed the down payment needed for materials for the job. I accepted the quote and Levi put me on his schedule for about 3 weeks out. He said repairs would take about 5 days at the time of the estimate and it took 4 1/2 days. Repairs were quality. I am very happy and pleased with my repairs and experience. Highly recommend. I have a few other smaller projects that will need to be done in the future and I will definitely call Levi at Bassett Construction again for my other repair needs.
