Apparently I don't rank high enough as I have received a "I'll be there on so-and-so date" 3 times and still nothing, now 1 month later. If he did not want the job, a simple no thank you would suffice but blowing me off and dragging this out is very disrespectful. I considered Steve a friend but I was mistaken. After building our dream home over the past 4 years this seems to be part for the course. Just another aspect of a deteriorating America, there is no honesty, integrity, or customer service. On the bright side Steve does good work if you can get a response

It did not leak "most of the time" through the summer, however after the snowmelts of the second winter following the initial roofing, it LEAKED again. Same old story: many phone calls later he showed up and "patched" it again. Guess What?? third winter, same story. Leaks. We tried a few calls to him AGAIN, and finally gave up. We now set out pans to catch the leaks, and have, for the last eight years. Sheesh, what an incompetent service. This summer, I guess that I am going to have to fix it myself. I think that he can do no better job than your average handyman. Mr. Trommeter, if this pisses you off, maybe you should come by and see us. 500 Colorado Ave. Ray

He dug down and discovered the line had broken and tree roots blocked the line. He replaced the section of the broken line and also discovered the terminal end had pulled away from the tank. So he made the line repair pipe extend into the tank and discovered more tree roots in the tank. Chris removed those roots as well. He sealed the line and added a new clean out access pipe for future use. Chris made arrangements for the tank to be pumped out and he supervised the process. Top notch & prompt service. The charge was reasonable and worth every penny. Without reservation, I recommend this company. In years to come, I know who to call but, I believe it will be years from now as he repaired everything right.

Repair was excellent and we've had no problems since then. They also located a steel water well line that was over 80 years old and not only provided the location but the varying depths. This company is a jack of all trades..there's really nothing they don't do.

He came over that afternoon and helped make a temporary 'catchment' to catch and direct the leakage to a floor drain. That was Friday On Saturday, he called to tell us that he had found a replacement cistern, 'though it was larger than the existing one. We agreed to use it. Monday, Fred and his crew arrived to remove the existing cistern and replace with the new one. the estimate was that that would be done by Monday evening and they would return Tuesday to do the plumbing interface, Getting the old tank out and the new in was an exercise in adaptive geometry! They succeeded, and by Monday evening had completely restored the system to use! I can recommend WW+ without reservation if you need Well/cistern/delivery system help.
