I was selling my house and the buyer's realtor hired Mr. Corbett to inspect my home. When he removed the cover on the electrical panel, he dropped the cover and shut off the power to my house. Mr. Corbett had no clue as to what he did and he could not get the power to come back on. I had to leave work to go to my house and repair the problem. No one should open up an electrical panel that does not have an electrical license or background. When this incident occurred, if a family member had not been at my home, Mr. Corbett would of left the power off, and I would of not known it until I got home after work. I lost wages because I had to go home to make the repairs, so who is going repay me for the income I lost? He also claimed that the garage door did not work correctly; I had to show him that it did work correctly. The sign that shows I have a alarm system was off to the side of the front steps and not in the walk way, but he pointed it out because he tripped over it. My professional back ground is electrical, plumbing and HVAC, so he can rest assured that when I receive the final report, I will question everything on it. read more
