None of that made sense to me since a Jeep dealership installed the battery 10 months ago. But, it didn't matter what I said. I wasn't getting anywhere with them, so I called my insurance. I spoke with Daisy. What I was telling her didn't make sense to her either. She ended up calling the dealership. She then called me back and explained to me that their warranty documents say the damages should be covered. In those 25+ years we had one major claim (hail on roofing) and he was not helpful, our premium increased for filing a claim. Our premium went up consistently every year. Brain was never helpful over the phone when we tried to set up new accounts. In my 20+ years of having direct contact with him I do not recall one pleasant costumer experience. Our last call with him was to express our intention to not renew services with him and he was very condescending towards myself and my family. He made it clear that we would not find a better price for our services and that our coverage was not offered by anyone anymore. I informed him that we indeed found the same coverage for literally half the price, he said "you don't know what you're talking about." I don't wish his services on anyone, any personal that works as a services provider in any field should never speak like that to some one. We paid about $30,000 worth of premiums through those 25+ years to only have Brian be rude and not helpful. Please explore other options before reaching out to Brian.
