In the scenic and serene setting of Hampton Court Palace, you'll find this tea room with plenty of seating, indoors and out. It can get pretty busy and crowded but there's a pleasant atmosphere and a decent choice of hot and cold food, for main meals, or snacks. The children's lunch boxes are handy, appealing and fairly-priced. I thought the cakes and brownies were quite enticing, until I stood behind the person who was replenishing them from his trolley, with a set of tongs, and then completed the task by adjusting the display, with his bare hands (eeuww!).
