The tech came out found it was 15 degrees off. He reset it then checked my burners for me as well. Then was kind enough to take a look at my dishwasher. Told me the issue with it was something I was loading on the bottom rack. We couldn't have asked for a kinder honest company. I would so recommend them to anyone.
