Cash/Card accepted Restrooms available Free public parking Group Friendly Family friendly Adult beverages available Full bar with Television American Cuisine A great local American cuisine joint. With a friendly environment, you won't go wrong with this place. They offer up fine American cuisine that will have you coming back for more. Friendly and welcoming environment were able to get my orders in a timely manner. A quick stop to grab a bite to eat with colleagues, and friends. Plus at different times, it gets a little bit busy. Favorite ordered items here are their Garlic fries and Wimgs.

The wings with no garlic just Parmesan cheese sprinkled over it. Fired to hard.

I'm sorry but the only thing I liked about this place was the atmosphere. I placed a To go order. I ordered the Garlic Parmesan wings, side salad with chicken and Frickles (fried pickles). The wings had no garlic on them, it felt like it was just sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, and to make matters worst they was fried way to hard for naked wings. Next the Frickles was way to thi that whatever the batter them with is all you tasted no fried pickles. And the side was halfway decent, but was slim on the toppings such as tomatoes. Over I give this two stars because if the atmosphere.

    Table with dirty dishes

My wife and I were hungry for a good burger tonight, so we decided to go to TK because they have pretty good burgers. We have no complaints about the food and drink. Our issues are with the ambience and service. When we entered the dining room, we could tell the music was way too loud, we asked to be seated as far away from the stage as humanly possible. I recall asked my wife if she wanted to leave, excuse us, but we normally like to have a quiet & peaceful dinner. But, the music was so loud, it was annoying and certainly not our genre either. We literally could not hear each other from two feet apart. Our server was just ok, one of my pet peeves is a server that leaves dirty dishes on the table and our server certainly left her far share of dirty dishes on the table, as shown in the photos. The restaurant was crowded but there were only a few tables occupied in the dining room where the DJ, this is a hint to the management team. When we got home, I told my wife that we need to find a good burger joint!

Window loaded with dead gnats and little bugs.

This place was recommended as having really great food. The food was okay for standard bar food. In other words greasy fried food and a pretty boring selection at that. The real issue I have is how absolutely dirty this place is. The windows were filled with dead bugs. Smokers were outside on a patio area but the entire place reeked of smoke. The smell certainly didn't help us enjoy the food.

Appetizer sampler has boneless chx (we selected the mango habanero sauce), fried pickles, soft pretzels, & mozzarella sticks.

We only waited about 15 minutes. But the view of the water made the wait enjoyable. The atmosphere was appropriate for a casual place. Lots of dark wood, a bar, booths and, I assume, faux copper ceiling tiles. We were seated in a high table near the window with a view of York River. Our server was great! She helped me make a choice of beer. The double IPA was citrusy which I like. I was torn between the fish tacos, a loaded baked potato with "famous" chili, or grilled crab sandwich. She said beyond a doubt get the tacos. She was so right! I love fish tacos. The Booming Tacos, an off-the-menu item, was over the top. I mean there was so much rockfish it was over the top of the grilled flour tortilla. The moist blackened fish pieces laid atop spring mix and drizzled with a creamy spicy boom boom sauce. My husband had the Rachel, a turkey sandwich on rye with Russian dressing and coleslaw, it came with french fries that seemed to have a bit of a coating that made them very crunchy. Everything was great. If ever back in the area, this will be the place to eat.

Had to add salt and pepper to taste anything and then just didn't even eat 1/2. Paid an extra $1 for cheese and onions on top. I'm talking bye 7 little cheese pieces and the same with tiny onions. Their clam chowder was salty. And other than the fried seafood, it wasn't worth the cost. Need to remind ourselves this is tourist trap with bumped up prices for quickly made (and not properly seasoned) food. Major disappointment and a waste of $30 for a sandwich, fries and a cup of chili

There is a pretty small public parking lot directly across the street, and it was full, so I'm not 100% sure if we parked in the public parking or the parking lot of the glass shop next-door since there weren't really any signs. I really hate parking in the middle of any town, but it wasn't too bad. But I'm still not sure if we could've gotten a ticket or not. You seat yourself in this really awesome classic rock themed restaurant. The decor is great, a perfect mix of interesting things to look at, without being super claustrophobic-ly overwhelming. It is really cute. We took a minute to look over the menu, and decided on the house cut chips appetizer, and both a beef and chicken Shawarma for us to try both. The beef Shawarma was delicious. I really like the seasoning that they use on their meat or sauce or something. I never could place what it was or where it was, but the flavor is just heavenly. A little sweet, a little savory and delicious. The fresh pickled veggies were also amazing. They were still crisp with that snap that you really want with pickled foods. Chicken Shawarma was definitely my favorite since it had slightly different pickled vegetables. They were both good, but the chicken was definitely my favorite by just a touch. The bread was a little hard and chewy for my likings, it definitely stood up to the creamy sauce and the juicy pickled vegetables, but it almost hurt my teeth if you just had a dry spot that hadn't been soaking in some form of liquid. The house cut chips are just OK, nothing special by themselves, but that trio of dipping sauces was amazing. We were dipping our fries into it because we liked those a little better than the chips, but we ate almost every drop of that sauce trying to figure out which one was our favorite. one of the hot sauces is blueberry and very sweet with a mild spice, one is I think mango and not spicy initially, but when you swallowed, you definitely felt it burn in the back of your throat. It was a nice sneaky heat, which I love. And the third dipping sauce, we could not place, but we literally could not figure out which one we loved the most. They have a patio outside with lots of tables, but we did not go out there. It looks cute in the pictures though. The downside, is that while the service was very great, if you catch them out a bad time, they don't yet seem to be able to handle huge amounts of orders. They've only been open for about two months, I think, so that will come in time. It seems that they only have one guy cooking in the back, so we were unluckily there at the same time as a table of eight people. If we had all the time in the world, I could have sat and stared at the decor for ages. But unfortunately, if you are on a lunch break or have to be somewhere, they could potentially be so backed up it takes quite a while to actually get your food. It was a rare and random set of circumstances, and probably does not happen often, and she generously comped our chips which was not necessary but was very appreciated. The service here is absolutely top-notch. We will definitely be back for more of that delicious Shawarma. Definitely earlier in the day though, so we can sit as long as we want.

Liverpool was playing and I imagine it's a great space to watch this if that's your speed. Sunday lunch menu had a good mixture of things. Big quiche fan but this wasn't my favorite crust nor my favorite cheese. And if I hadn't been told there was meat in it I'm not sure I would have noticed. The side salad had a nice balsamic dressing. What was most bothersome, though, was the size of the quiche. It was cheap enough but not really a lunch potion. Wish I had gone with a sanwich. Drinks were good-pretty standard. The service was astounding and everyone was so nice. Probably wouldn't come back for the food but if you want to watch some football (soccer) it's a nice option.
