Failure to disclose fees by manager Brian during conversation about restarting service…read more The email below was an internal message sent to inform their team how extraordinarily dissatisfied I was with how they handled the call - BTW, I went with Hewitt and they were wonderful! Hi Team, Andrew has decided not to reinstate his PC services, citing that Brian did not disclose there would be a reinstatement fee of $141 at the time of their conversation. He feels it was unprofessional that all requirements to resume service were not fully communicated upfront. Andrew has paid the outstanding balance of $47.00, but remains adamant that the reinstatement fee was never discussed. He expressed strong dissatisfaction with how the matter was handled and stated he intends to post a negative review on public platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others to share his experience. Best regards, Ebony GINNY WHITE -sadly, you missed the point entirely. Not sure if that was due to avoidance or ignorance. The fact is that your manager Brian FAILED TO DISCLOSE all the fees that would be incurred by restarting service. He merely skipped over that fact thinking he had duped me. Guess what, NOT TODAY!! And one other thing. At HEWLETT, if you reinstate service within 6 months there is no additional fee. Maybe your business model should be revised to keep up with the competition! Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control (Owner) 43 minutes ago Andrew, I responded to you on your Yelp review. I believe that the reason for the full $141 charge and not the $47 per month is because you cancelled 5 months ago and you had a balance of $47. We are sorry to lose you as a client. Sincerely, Ginny White Truly Nolen of America Inc.

The appointment was confirmed and I received text updates 48 hours prior to my appointment. The morning of the appointment I received a message with an eta for Gustavo. He arrived, and was kind enough to slip on shoe coverings before entering the home. The process was quick, and he explained to me where he sprayed and what treatments he did. This had been one of the easiest companies for home service that I have dealt with. From customer support, to the actual appointment and service tech. Pricing was very reasonable and it was one of the factors when making my decision on which company to choose. I needed preventative care, and it was exactly what I got. Highly recommend, and Gustavo is wonderful, he even played with my dog for a min.

They came the next day and upsold my wife on a package to prevent termites as well (our house was termite proofed already and we have had no issues). In truth they could see how she was scared of mice and took advantage of her. They charged $2500 and placed 4 "victor" mouse traps in total. They spent 20 minutes on the property and did not do any sealing of the house. Of the traps they placed two were in the same one kitchen drawer. Another trap they placed under the bed in the guest room and did not tell anyone besides my housekeeper who barely speaks English - we opened that door and my dog entered the room and the trap snapped on him! There is literally a bowl of dog food and a dog bed in that room how negligent can these "professionals" be. Of course I called to discuss these issues but for days we were transferred manager to manager. In the end they refuse to issue a refund but I am still going to go with another company for the job. In the end I paid $2500 for 6 dollars worth of mouse traps and a ton of aggravation.

This company is literally the biggest stressor in my life to the point that I stopped using them for pest control on a monthly basis, switched to a seasonal basis, and now have quit them all together. They each blame a different department and the automated scheduling system. I assume it is the manager and no one is able to say that out loud. They will promise you a specific time. And then arbitrarily change it. I've had to have them come out multiple times to service the same area because their technicians do not do a thorough job. Online it says they're open 24 hours, but they are really open around 10 -5. Even if you ask for the earliest time slot and they say 8-10, they get to the office around 8, have a meeting, and then leave around 9. I've never had anyone come earlier than 10ish. I've had to take off so many days of work to accommodate these people. It isn't worth it.
