We called at about 10:30 and had someone at the house by 4:30. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and spent an hour going over our house inside and out. Within 24 hours we saw a big improvement of a problem our other company was working on for about 6 months. We did not take changing companies lightly. But we had to do what we had to do. Two small things to take note. 1.What they use is safe for pets and humans but both my husband and one of my dogs did have a slight reaction to the treatment. 2. They are not cheap. Hi Team, Andrew has decided not to reinstate his PC services, citing that Brian did not disclose there would be a reinstatement fee of $141 at the time of their conversation. He feels it was unprofessional that all requirements to resume service were not fully communicated upfront. Andrew has paid the outstanding balance of $47.00, but remains adamant that the reinstatement fee was never discussed. He expressed strong dissatisfaction with how the matter was handled and stated he intends to post a negative review on public platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others to share his experience. This company is literally the biggest stressor in my life to the point that I stopped using them for pest control on a monthly basis, switched to a seasonal basis, and now have quit them all together. Everyone seems very pleasant, but are absolutely horrible with follow through and no one seems to know where the fault lies. They each blame a different department and the automated scheduling system. I assume it is the manager and no one is able to say that out loud. They will promise you a specific time. And then arbitrarily change it. I've had to have them come out multiple times to service the same area because their technicians do not do a thorough job. Online it says they're open 24 hours, but they are really open around 10 -5. Even if you ask for the earliest time slot and they say 8-10, they get to the office around 8, have a meeting, and then leave around 9. I've never had anyone come earlier than 10ish. I've had to take off so many days of work to accommodate these people. It isn't worth it.
