This is the most unprofessional residential vendor - don't waste your money! Unprofessional staff, poor workmanship and an owner that cares very little about customer service.
The technician arrived unkempt and sweaty, before he started working. A shower and a clean branded shirt should be required. Since he arrived alone, I was forced to help him lift his buffing machine upstairs. I find that unprofessional as a homeowner, but, as an insurance professional, an incredible liability risk. His materials and belongings were haphazardly handled...sweaty cap left on my kitchen counter and cleaning solutions left on my wood furniture in my bedroom (mind you, work was completed in bathrooms). His work started late because he left his coffee in the car, which took 20 minutes to retrieve. Fast forward, to the loud telephone conversations held throughout the day and the liberty he took to drape his wet towels on my balcony. He apparently blew a fuse upstairs but failed to mention it. He was hired to address the floors in three bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom now looks great. The two upstairs bathrooms, however, look worse than when he started. The floors have dull and shiny blotches. I called the owner, requesting a quality assurance inspection. I was pleasant but firm that the tech was not welcome to come back. I was told there is no one else in the area. The consistent theme with this company seems to lack of professionalism. At the very least, I would expect concern that the work was subpar. If, truly, the company is so small that they have no one else in San Diego, even a request for photos or a video would have gone a long way. Instead, the owner repeated he had no one else in the area. I quickly realized it was a waste of time speaking with him. These days, I have very little patience to speak with anyone unreasonable. I'd rather pay another company to correct the mess, let my neighbors and policyholders know of my experience and let karma handle the rest. This company is apparently struggling, unable to afford staff or even a simple branded shirt. With their poor workmanship and attitude towards customer service, I imagine they'll continue to struggle. They need the $1,000 I spent more than I do. read more
