The floor was so sticky that your shoes would be fully stuck while walking. The staff is very uninterested in their jobs. Coat check basically grunted and pointed when asked questions. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the floor really doesn't make food of interest... even though the event had tables of appetizers set out. But honestly, it was too dark to even see what there was. Like I said probably a stereotypical night club, but it was just gross enough to make me happy that I never go lol Probably only fun when drunk and dancing.. but hey that's their genre!

He continues to go on and says "had to say it in a language you can understand". a club that plays latin music and a group of people visiting a city known for its inclusivity. i'm extremely confused as to why a company would want a bouncer to represent its company like that.

The owners do not care, the employees do not care, the police do not (evidently) care! Used to come here often, but after numerous reports of this being the case, I won't step foot here again. Additionally, there is a MINIMUM $10 cover fee every night, regardless of what's going on inside (nothing to write home about), on top of that there is a minimum charge of $10 on credit/debit cards. Meaning you must spend at least $20 to have a mediocre night here. To add to it all, I've left my card here once, I was able to come back the next day and get it luckily. My friend did the same a few months later, she went back the next day and the bartender (some guy) working started discussing with her how hammered he was the night prior and that he was still hungover. She provided her ID to him and he checked the cards they had and said "sorry, your card's not here. We might've given it out to someone else" HELLO WHAT?! Maybe we should check IDs before giving a card away?! Anyways she inquired how that would be possible and he responded "I don't know man, I can't just make it appear out of thin air". I was visiting from Long Beach, CA, and this bar made me feel like I was at home as it was the epitome of a dive bar and very inclusive. Went on a Wednesday night but had more fun on Thursday night as there was karaoke. can't wait until my next visit to Pittsburgh as I now have a regular bar to call my own.
