Will came over to speak with us and listened to what it was we wanted and helped us make the best choices to suit our needs. We couldn't be happier with the look and quality of the work. Will and his crew worked very hard, and were all pleasant and easy to talk to. Angi was also great as the "business" side of the company. She came with her uncle to look at just what work we wanted to have done. She wrote everything down, taking measurements, and talking us through everything. She was just an email or phone call away whenever I had questions and she responded within hours. She emailed us a detailed quote within a day or two and we were more than pleased with the quote. We intend to have them back in the future to do the rest of our lawn as well as any other landscaping work we might want.

He did the first cleanup on the 11th of November, so on Thanksgiving there were leaves all over and it did not appear to be done... But that was okay with me because I figured he was coming back. I inquired about our agreement on December 5th and when he would be coming back. He then states to me that he came before thanksgiving, states he did it on the 26th but I literally had leaves all over and that wasn't the agreement. So now the snow is melting and it's reaching 54 degrees on both December 9th and 10th and I am going to be left with leaves still all over and still coming off the trees. And when I do tell him that there were leaves all Over check out his response in the screen shot that he did a large quantity and to compare it to the a "tiny" bit he left behind.
