First and foremost I can't say enough how great our ref Sage was! We had SO MUCH FUN and I have to…read moreadmit we had a rambunctious group of teens/preteens that she handled like a boss. Those boys (and my husband, sister and I) had the best time. Other refs kept swiping our fields after she would call them but we let her know we didn't mind and she just kept asking our son (bday kid) what his preference was. My favorite was the field with the barrels. Everyone loved the woodsy areas (I did too) but there was just something so creepy and fun about the barrel field where everyone was easily obscured. I hope that if we come again sometime soon we see Sage again, she was just awesome. Now for the tips, don't do what we did and let your kid send out the invite to his buds without keeping track of who and whether they signed the waiver. Check in is a little tough, but I think if we had been better about this it would have been less frustrating. Also, the people working the air and gun station (especially during gun return) did a wonderful job helping us wrangle all the guns and masks, which the boys had everywhere (another area where we struggled). All in all, definitely next level as far as birthdays go. Every single kid playing was grinning ear to ear and did a great job following the rules (another area where it was so great having Sage with us).

This is by far the most disappointing birthday experience for us. My son was turning 10, and this…read morewas the plan. I spent a week trying to communicate with the facility about a last min booking. They said they could accommodate and to book online. What they post on their site is 100% misleading. First it started with us booking a package online. We utilized their website and booked a package that included the marker. On Friday the day prior the owner cancels and just refunds the order no communication. His reasoning they don't offer that package. Tom then said we could reschedule for next week. Again mind you this was booked prior and was for a birthday. We get it rebooked after much hassle and then he tells me the time I booked for would be short. Since we scheduled for 3pm, I asked if there was any kind of compensation since the time would be shorten he said no. Further more I had to suggest to add on the time at 2 pm, so the kids could get the full experience. He agrees and says we should be good to go. On Saturday, today. We get there and to our surprise we weren't the only party booked for the hour, okay not a problem. Then we find out there is only one ref. Rain starts about 30 mins in and goes until about 3:30, my kids got to the canopy around 3pm so an hour already lost between waiting for people, and the rain. Let's talk about the canopy, it is a hanger style canopy but did we get the space to ourself? Nope we had to share with the other birthday group. They pulled in their trucks kept them on and blasted music the entire time all while screaming profanity and other inappropriate things. The ref Sean (the star problem) comes out and gives a safety briefing to both parties. It is now almost 3:30, an hour and a half gone. Then Sean grabs both groups and decides the white family goes first despite us being screwed over and already having missed half the party. Despite the fact that Tom the owner messed up this entire thing and misled us, they still could not handle separate parties. When Sean was confronted about how half of the time is being missed he began to explain that they are short staffed and don't have any available fields and says I understand but they have to wait. Okay so by 3:45 I'm back in the front and when speaking with the lady ( she is remarkable and the only reason this business works,) she calls out her kid who helps run the place. He was very polite however his only solution was to suck it up or to refund and go. Their reasoning for the other family , "they had priority because they were already booked" even though we had it booked prior and their owner cancelled it because they messed up their website and offered a product they couldn't sell. No compensation Fully misleading as compared to their website. They stated 3 hours of play, we got 1.5. They said a ref the whole time, we shared for half the actual play time. They said a canopy, they never said we had to share. During play the ref was subpar Sean seemed to not care. We explained one of the guns kept jamming and he said "yeah that's the kind of gun" not "let me switch" not "im sorry" just yeah. Don't bother booking online. Don't bother for a party. It's $390 for 10 kids for 1 gun to not work, no available fields, half the play time, and half a ref. They will not compensate, they will solely offer a refund and no paintball. Not worth it. I suggest the one in Orlando near west colonial or any other but don't spend your money here. They messed up and nothing.

Folks, A comes with a vest where you can get hit on shoulders, chest, and back. B comes with a HEADBAND. A headband that many people will wear around their neck. What this means: folks with Gun A are very easy to hit. Folks with Gun B are very easy to hit. In our game, everyone with Gun B DOMINATED. I don't think these guns are equal, there needs to be more standardization. The games themselves though? An absolute blast. I played poorly every game but was still having an amazing time! This jump place isn't as professionally sound as near by businesses or their genre of business type. They posted a Groupon for purchase by the public and reads walk-in's are welcome. We walked in same day as Groupon purchase and had to wait in line for a bit. There was only two people working and they were both busy attending to a summer camp that came in. When it was finally our turn to use our Groupon to start our kids jump time we were told we can't use our Groupon unless we purchase additional items such as socks for each child. THE ENTIRE SUMMER CAMP DID NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL ITEMS SUCH AS SOCKS. The children from the camp wore their socks they arrived in. They refused our Groupon purchase without the additional purchase of socks and we were told to take it up with Groupon for a refund. I asked that the owner make a courtesy to allow our children to jump since the other children from the summer camp did not have to make an additional purchase of socks. There was no mention of this on their Groupon at purchase and there were no professional signage with this rule or extra charge. Here is a lesson in business for the owners of "The Airosphere" on Ware Rd; There is a trampoline park located right behind your business. They have a trade in sock policy that's clearly posted in their store and on-line. WE GOT OUR GROUPON CREDIT BACK AND WILL NOT RETURN TO AIROSPHERE. I can't bring myself to come back to this place anymore because it has been ridiculous. Birthday Party: For the price you pay, they don't even give you enough utensils and party supplies. We had to keep asking for more plates and cups because we paid extra for extra guests. They were still stingy. The pizzas were embarrassing. They were a tortilla with marinara sauce and toppings. We paid $15 per large pizza and I would've been okay with them heating up Digiornos because what we got was not worth it. Recent visit: My son is only 15 months old so we opted for the Toddler Zone but figured he might want a bigger space to run so we decided to do the big zone and he was charged as a full adult. Most kids until 2 are free or discounted but not at this place. For 2 "adults" for an hour, we paid almost $50! I can't recommend this place and I don't plan on coming back. It's sad.

They also have a bounce house and have staff to supervise. There's an arcade too for those who aren't into any of those things and a place to redeem for prizes.
