Those boys (and my husband, sister and I) had the best time. Other refs kept swiping our fields after she would call them but we let her know we didn't mind and she just kept asking our son (bday kid) what his preference was. My favorite was the field with the barrels. Everyone loved the woodsy areas (I did too) but there was just something so creepy and fun about the barrel field where everyone was easily obscured. I hope that if we come again sometime soon we see Sage again, she was just awesome. Now for the tips, don't do what we did and let your kid send out the invite to his buds without keeping track of who and whether they signed the waiver. Check in is a little tough, but I think if we had been better about this it would have been less frustrating. Also, the people working the air and gun station (especially during gun return) did a wonderful job helping us wrangle all the guns and masks, which the boys had everywhere (another area where we struggled). All in all, definitely next level as far as birthdays go. Every single kid playing was grinning ear to ear and did a great job following the rules (another area where it was so great having Sage with us).

The name is actually "Headquarters Army Navy" and they specialize in brand-new clothing, boots and equipment. Most of the customers are paintball aficionados, and they're looking for camouflage clothing, military boots, and paintball supplies which Headquarters Army Navy has in abundant supply. You can also find a great selection of camping and hunting gear, as well as some knives, canteens, cooking supplies, and other equipment to add to your hurricane supplies box. Finally there's also a collection of military and tactical gear including pants, shorts, jackets, holsters, and other specialized equipment. This is one of the few places in town to find PROPPER-brand tactical pants and shorts, along with some heavy duty t-shirts. You'll find Headquarters Army Navy at the little triangular-shaped intersection where Skipper Road meets Bearss Avenue, just to the east of Nebraska Avenue. Watch for the military jeep parked out by Bearss Avenue, and turn into the gravel parking lot.

Update: Took my gun to log cabin paintball & archery. (About 20 minutes away, not valrico )Eric was able to repair the gun in about 15 minutes and charged me next to nothing... literally. Which yes made me happy but made me even more upset that I'd be turned away from a store that was so "busy" even though the repair only took a few minutes. Wicked sports, ran by wicked A-holes.

This is by far the most disappointing birthday experience for us. My son was turning 10, and this…read morewas the plan. I spent a week trying to communicate with the facility about a last min booking. They said they could accommodate and to book online. What they post on their site is 100% misleading. First it started with us booking a package online. We utilized their website and booked a package that included the marker. On Friday the day prior the owner cancels and just refunds the order no communication. His reasoning they don't offer that package. Tom then said we could reschedule for next week. Again mind you this was booked prior and was for a birthday. We get it rebooked after much hassle and then he tells me the time I booked for would be short. Since we scheduled for 3pm, I asked if there was any kind of compensation since the time would be shorten he said no. Further more I had to suggest to add on the time at 2 pm, so the kids could get the full experience. He agrees and says we should be good to go. On Saturday, today. We get there and to our surprise we weren't the only party booked for the hour, okay not a problem. Then we find out there is only one ref. Rain starts about 30 mins in and goes until about 3:30, my kids got to the canopy around 3pm so an hour already lost between waiting for people, and the rain. Let's talk about the canopy, it is a hanger style canopy but did we get the space to ourself? Nope we had to share with the other birthday group. They pulled in their trucks kept them on and blasted music the entire time all while screaming profanity and other inappropriate things. The ref Sean (the star problem) comes out and gives a safety briefing to both parties. It is now almost 3:30, an hour and a half gone. Then Sean grabs both groups and decides the white family goes first despite us being screwed over and already having missed half the party. Despite the fact that Tom the owner messed up this entire thing and misled us, they still could not handle separate parties. When Sean was confronted about how half of the time is being missed he began to explain that they are short staffed and don't have any available fields and says I understand but they have to wait. Okay so by 3:45 I'm back in the front and when speaking with the lady ( she is remarkable and the only reason this business works,) she calls out her kid who helps run the place. He was very polite however his only solution was to suck it up or to refund and go. Their reasoning for the other family , "they had priority because they were already booked" even though we had it booked prior and their owner cancelled it because they messed up their website and offered a product they couldn't sell. No compensation Fully misleading as compared to their website. They stated 3 hours of play, we got 1.5. They said a ref the whole time, we shared for half the actual play time. They said a canopy, they never said we had to share. During play the ref was subpar Sean seemed to not care. We explained one of the guns kept jamming and he said "yeah that's the kind of gun" not "let me switch" not "im sorry" just yeah. Don't bother booking online. Don't bother for a party. It's $390 for 10 kids for 1 gun to not work, no available fields, half the play time, and half a ref. They will not compensate, they will solely offer a refund and no paintball. Not worth it. I suggest the one in Orlando near west colonial or any other but don't spend your money here. They messed up and nothing.

We celebrated my son's birthday at Tiki's Paintball, and it couldn't have gone better…read more The staff was super patient and great with the kids, making sure everyone understood the rules and stayed safe. The playing fields were well-designed and kept the kids excited the entire time. There is plenty of paved parking and picnic tables. Before choosing them, we toured a couple of other paintball places in the area, and Tiki's definitely stood out as the largest, most well-kept, and most kid-friendly option. They have five different fields, which was perfect for our birthday group of 10+. The pricing was very reasonable , each player was $35, which included complete gear mask paintball gun AirTank and 500 paintballs. Additional paintballs were available for $15 per bag or $48 per case (four bags). We also loved that our group had a private ref for the entire party. As beginners, having someone guide us and keep things fun and safe made a huge difference. I'm not going to sugarcoat it ...yes, getting hit by a paintball does sting! It's like a quick rubber band flick, but the feeling goes away fast, and the kids handled it just fine. Overall, the experience was well organized, safe, and so much fun. My son and his friends had an amazing time, and we would absolutely recommend Tiki's Paintball for any birthday party or group event. All the kids left talking about how much fun they had. We'll definitely be coming back!
