TJ and his crew came out to remove a giant tree from our backyard that had been struck by lightning and killed. They came for a bid and then came back for removal within days!! I had a neighbors tree fall down across my deck in my back yard. TJ from Tiki tree service came by and handled the situation without damaging my deck. He worked directly with my insurance company explaining what he would do and what was covered. It turned out that the insurance would cover everything if no damage was done. His crew were very professional and completed the job in much less time than I thought it would. I've used him for everything since then, from limbing and preventive maintenance to hard scaping. read more

They came out promptly and removed the tree same day, all friendly and professional. However, I would not recommend this business without caution as we have been waiting weeks for a detailed invoice so we can submit to the insurance and finish our claim. We have contacted him multiple times requesting the information and have yet to receive it or even good communication on the matter. read more
