I had two trees (one dead and one bending toward my house) that needed removal and they provided me a detailed estimate with multiple options. The price was fair and they happened to be available the very next day (today). They arrived exactly when they said they were going to arrive and once at my house, they proceeded to work and were very understanding to my multiple requests to include the addition to additional tasks I realized I needed done. After the job was completed, they left the premises in better shape than what they found them. From responsiveness to professionalism, to cleanness, this is a first class team. Thank you for a job well done and I will definitely recommend your services to my family and friends.

We decided to add a screen porch a few weeks later, which understandably kicked the can down the road a bit. This is when (much like the references in the other one star review) communication began to suffer greatly, and eventually stopped, ALL TOGETHER, once we asked for our money back. We got ONE phone call, then we were ghosted completely. We called and sent messages through their website. Nothing. Keep in mind that we can prove that nothing had been purchased for this project. NO REASON for not returning my money. Seems pretty shady. So, this "Veteran Owned" company, has completely shafted a 100% permanently and totally disabled veteran. Our deck is an absolute safety hazard for my wife and I. I made that clear in one of the messages I sent. That I needed my money to get my deck fixed before someone got hurt. Nothing. Steer clear unless you're independently wealthy and care nothing of morals. Also, if you look, you will see that I write a good number of positive reviews, so don't think this is a one off. I'll also be sending this to WAVY TV 10, and the Better Business Bureau. Right now.
