Working with Eric Farmelant was an exceptional experience from start to finish…read more We were selling a renovated investment property valued at over $500,000 that had previously been poorly marketed and delayed in the months leading up to bringing Eric on board. We needed a broker who could move quickly, think strategically, and execute flawlessly under pressure -- and Eric exceeded every expectation. From day one, he implemented precise, targeted marketing that immediately repositioned our listing. Leveraging his strong network, he generated serious traffic right away. Within days of going live, we sourced multiple buyer offers -- and ultimately closed in under 30 days. Eric's negotiation strategies were sharp and deliberate. He didn't just bring us offers -- he brought us leverage. His responsiveness, swift action-taking, and consistent feedback kept momentum high and timelines tight. We placed extremely aggressive deadlines in front of him, and he delivered without hesitation. Beyond the transaction itself, Eric went above and beyond to help us tie up loose ends on project completion so we could get to the closing table smoothly. He operates as a true team player -- collaborative, solutions-oriented, and relentlessly professional. What sets Eric apart most is his passionate accountability. He owns his work. He follows through. He treats your investment as if it were his own. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him without hesitation. I look forward to partnering with him again on future projects.

Even when unforeseen issues came up with the sale of our apartment in New York, Jay was supportive and proactive in helping us secure our Miami apartment and make everything come together. I lived in the Grove for 9 years and always heard of Adam Kutner. We figured we'd give him a call to see if he could help us find a new tenant. We found that our experience with Adam and his team at Grove Town Properties was nothing short of stellar. I'm not sure if I could say enough nice things about Adam and his partner, Joey. They truly went above and beyond to find us a highly qualified renter with all necessary checks. They handled condo association approval which is normally a lengthy process. They had their cleaning/repair team in place the moment the condo was vacated so that we didn't have any lost days of rent. They either answer on the first call, respond quickly to texts, or call right back (they are highly attentive). Since the tenant moved in, we had a couple of issues in the apartment (a leak from the upstairs bathroom) and not surprisingly, once again they rose to the occasion and helped me coordinate a plumber and repairman to come to the condo. This of course was not part of their contract, but these are just the kind of people you get with this company. My husband and I feel like we have our realtors for the life of our ownership of this rental property. We are so grateful to have found them and are confident that if you decide to partner with them, that's what you get - partners.

I meet Adam Kutner (an associate there) years ago as he helped to lease one of the condo-townhouses in our old complex. He sold my friend's unit last year and when it came time to sell we contacted Adam. Additionally, he was recommended to me by a couple of people in the Grove too. I believe Adam is very honest and helpful, without him, we would have never gotten the house he found us! Then, when it came time to sell out condo - he had it under contract in less than 8 days. He is a realtor who cares, and makes sure you (as the client) are comfortable with the over all deal - and any special circumstances that might arise during the process of buying and selling. This group knows the Grove well, and I highly recommend them if you are buying, selling or both (as we did).

For our initial meeting, Abraham arrived five minutes early at the appointed day and time. That alone sets him apart from anyone else in South Florida, but it gets even better. My inherited home was in dilapidated condition since my father never took care of it; it had termites, rotten wood, cracks on the walls, in terrible condition. I was afraid I would get a low price for the house, if anyone would buy it at all. With the utmost confidence Abraham assured me that not only could he sell it, he would sell it for one million. I was doubtful of this claim, but he walked me through all the steps and described his approach to selling my particular house. His ability to tailor the sales approach to the house is admirable. The house sold in 6 weeks. He even beat his own estimate of one million, having sold it for even more. I was both stunned and grateful. Abraham Ash is embodiment of talent and professionalism. He is THE realtor par excellence.
