The Miami real estate market is extremely active right now with many people relocating from the northeast and other areas. For the first time in a long while i was looking for a rental. I have bought and sold several homes over the years but since I was unsure about the exact area I want to live in, I decided on a rental while I learn about Miami. From the get-go Morgan was extremely responsive and proactive. He gave me a great overview of the better places/areas to live and his knowledge of the Miami area is amazing especially since he has only recently moved here. He was also far more responsive and proactive than any of the other real estate agents I encountered during the process. Overall Morgan is probably the best agent I have ever dealt with and I highly, highly recommend him.

From the beginning he was cordial and respectful, but when I entrusted the sale of a property that I had not been able to sell in five years, he really showed who he is and what he is capable of. Carlos persistently did everything necessary and more to achieve the goal, he rejected the offers that did not benefit me, he guided me through the process, he took care of the smallest detail, and he always did it with good spirit and a special charisma. In the end, he showed the apartment multiple times, he had to deal with an irresponsible association, but he got the sale, fair for everyone and I really have nothing left to say but thank him. Professionals like him are always a blessing. Thank you, Carlos, sincerely. Gracias Carlos, sinceramente. Armando Perez Aleman

He got to know us and our needs, and followed up immediately with a plan to meet and hunt for our dream home. Valentin is an amazing realtor. He's friendly, warm, respectful and extremely professional. We felt very secure that he would lead us in the right direction. It took us about a month and two sessions of apartment hunting together to find EXACTLY what we were looking for. He followed up with us and worked as a liaison with our landlord to connect us. TLDR: Optimar helped me find the PERFECT home. Valentin is the BEST. For real.
