Dog piss in the elevators and outside of my door constantly, maintenance leaves my door unlocked every time they come to my apt, i have come home over 7seven times where my door was not only left unlocked but not full closed. I was also told that if I signed a 15 month lease that I would be locked into my rental rate and of course that was a lie because I was presented with the new rate which has risen $500, The quality of the apt did not improve but they value it as worth $500 more?!? that is a joke and I cannot wait to leave here!!

As both a resident and a real estate professional, I've experienced firsthand how well this community is run. The management team is exceptional--always attentive, professional, and proactive in keeping everything running smoothly. General Manager Donald Campbell does a fantastic job running everything smoothly, and George is always so helpful. The front desk staff and every member of the building's team are welcoming, reliable, and genuinely care about the residents. Their helpfulness makes daily life here so much easier and more enjoyable. Beyond the outstanding staff, Marina Blue offers incredible views, a prime location, and amenities that truly enhance the lifestyle. After so many years, I can confidently say this building continues to exceed expectations and is a place I'm proud to call home. Whether you're looking for your next home or an investment in Miami, Marina Blue is a building I recommend wholeheartedly.

The views are amazing, amenities are great, but what really makes this building stand out from others is their staff. Over the years I've built friendships with most of them and they are really great human beings. From the management, valet, security, front desk to even the guys who work in the receiving area- I've never met a group of more welcoming staff in any other building. They truly make this feel like "home," and are always able to help you right away no matter the issue.

They are always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful--whether it's answering questions, helping around the apartment, or just making sure we feel at home. The maintenance team is equally impressive. Anytime I've submitted a request, they've responded within the same day (and usually within that same hour). They're not only knowledgeable at what they do but also genuinely nice people who care about making things right. The complex itself is always well-maintained and you can tell the staff puts a lot of effort into keeping common areas clean and everything running smoothly. I highly recommend Platform to anyone looking for a great place to live with a fantastic team managing it!

Everything from the customer service we received by Jorge, the sales associate, to the many, many details of this property, PLUS the flexibility and incentives, made the decision to lease here a no brainer. The sense of security is incredible and the well-thought out details inside and out really sets this place apart from the others we saw. It's important for me to have an responsive and flexible landlord, and Andrew does a great job (and he is so The Dude it's just amazing). For a furnished place, the price is also not bad. The location is great as well, walking distance to some of my favorite restaurants. Being so close to the Buena VIsta Deli is kinda dangerous, but I guess you can't have everything. ; )

The place is run down compared to those photos, there are no daybeds or fire pit. There are plastic chairs and tables in the courtyard. The property manager Virginia is very responsive, and the apartment itself is decently furnished. I saw a unit that was recently renovated, and it is gorgeous. We are in an older unit, but if they renovate everything like #5 it will be super nice. Details like a dirty garbage can lid, what I presume were boogers on the wall, and our shower head exploding the first night were annoying, but things were addressed immediately, and the staff again is very responsive. Laundry is in the courtyard and parking is gated, important in this neighborhood. The whole place is accessible from a locked gate or the car gate. We locked ourselves out of our unit by accident and were let back in within 15 minutes on a Sunday morning! It's a very good place for a temp stay, and the day rate equals the monthly rate so you can do odd amounts of time if necessary. It's a bit overpriced, but for furnished and gated I suppose I shouldn't complain. The best part of staying here is the food!! There is a bistro, deli and a few other cafés further down the street that are all excellent. Highly recommend Lemoni Café, and the cakes at Buena Vista Deli are divine.

I was touring the property with Alexis because I recommended the building to a friend relocating from New York who was specifically looking for a loft-style apartment. During the tour, it became immediately apparent that the building has undergone significant improvements. The common areas are better maintained, the property feels more inviting, and there is a noticeable sense of organization and professionalism throughout. The new management team has clearly invested time and effort into enhancing both the appearance and overall resident experience. Alexis was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions while highlighting the updates and amenities available to residents. It was refreshing to see how much attention has been given to improving the property since I lived there. The building has a completely different feel today than it did in the past. The improvements are visible throughout the property, and it's clear that management is focused on creating a better living environment for residents. Based on what I saw during the tour, I would feel comfortable recommending the building to friends and family looking for a unique loft-style living experience in the area. It's great to see a property evolve in such a positive direction, and the efforts of the management team have certainly not gone unnoticed.

The unit is on an upper level and is ultra modern with an incredible view of the distant skyline. The amenities include a basic pool and state of the art fitness center open 24/7. The location in downtown Hollywood is perfect for someone who wants an active nightlife or a simple two minute walk to a patio style eatery for lunch or retail shopping. Although the positives far outweigh the negatives in all fairness there are two that are quite concerning. The vagrant population has always been an issue in downtown Hollywood and there are no shortage of them migrating around the immediate area. The other issue that creates an unwanted anxiety is the extremely limited guest parking situation, which I endure each time I visit with a constant fear of getting booted, towed or fined. The QR Parking Attendant app thankfully worked this time without issues. Beautiful spacious lobby with a friendly security officer until 3am. Good apartment complex for a young professional with modest expectations.
