Ordered a Topcon laser level online, with their promise to ship within 2 days. I call in to see if it's shipped on day 4 after the order, only to be told that my order is "on hold" until I get my ID verified by some 3rd party company that they hire. I search my email, find the 3rd party wants me to email them my phone number (it's on the order), so they can call me and verify me. Their email is in my JUNK FOLDER. I wait a day, no call from them. Call customer service again at Tiger, only to be told that the item I bought is OUT OF STOCK. This company is shit in my experience. I canceled my order right then and there. Horrible experience. Dealing with Tiger Supplies is like living in a Kafka novel. I'm going to try to keep it brief. I needed a very specific type of ruler and ordered it from Tiger Supplies because they promised the earliest delivery date. I purchased a 2 foot and 4 foot version and paid for expedited shipping because I needed it ASAP. Two days after the promised delivery date I received a 3 foot ruler in the mail. When I called them to sort it out, after being put on hold and disconnected a few times and being routed to full mailboxes, the woman I spoke to told me I could send back the 3 foot ruler for a restocking fee. The next day, I tried communicating with them on line. Also tried speaking to my salesperson who didn't answer and had a full mailbox. Online, we exchanged messages for about a week. They told me that their information showed that my rulers had already been delivered. They told me that the order number was incorrect and showing another person's order. They told me they would call me back and didn't. They told me they had figured out the problem and my items would be delivered by a specific day the following week. That didn't happen. 2 days after the new promised delivery date, I called and emailed them again and was told that my rulers had already been delivered. Then they told me that the order number was showing another person's order and then they said they had figured the problem out with their distributer and would call me right back but they didn't. A few days later, I got 2 emails. One said my items are out of stock and they'd contact me when they'd be available, the other that they'd be shipping the items to me in about 3 weeks. I'm trying to picture in my mind what this business might look like, if it is in fact a real business. If it is real, is it run by completely incompetent salespeople who don't understand modern technology? Was this a couple of kids playing a prank on me and videotaping my torment for over 2 weeks or is the business a total scam run from another country? I live relatively close to the posted address and considered driving over, curious to find out the answer but decided to cut my losses and try to get the money back from my credit card company. In my field of mechanical engineering i use lasers for measuring and aligning quite often. I was looking to purchase a consumer-grade laser for my house. I googled "line laser" and clicked through to Tiger Supplies via a google ad (Which i never usually do). After looking through a bunch of lasers I was not sure of a few specs offered from each model. They all look the same, except some are like $100 and others are closer to $200. I called the store for some guidance - hoping the cheapest one would work for my application. I was able to explain the situation to the woman who answered the phone. She recommended one of their cheaper models, an AdirPro Cube which cost me about $90 (but the shipping was free at least!). It was more than I wanted to spend initially, but seemed perfect for what i would need it for at home. I received the cube two days later. It came with some batteries in the box, which is always a plus. Directions aren't my thing so you can bet i did not read them. I flicked it on and the laser was very bright and easy to see. It cross levels, so I could mark horizontally and vertically. The device self-levels, so even if I hold it at a slight angle the laser remains straight. If I move it to much, it beeps vigorously, expressing its disapproval. Overall, I had a pleasant buying experience and the unit was pretty much exactly what I needed. Not sure what all the bad reviews on here are for but they were able to help me out no problem! It may seem a bit over the top to buy a laser for simple tasks, but I wanted to get it right. Lasers also make everything more fun and we messed around with it a bit after. A must have for any active DIYer, except for cat-owners, whose overstimulated animal would probably need years of therapy trying to recover from so much laser. read more

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a product that was "In stock" after about a month we still received nothing so I called and was told the item was backordered so I requested a cancelation. I was told the item was cancelled but a few months later we received the product. I called and was told that It wasn't canceled cause it came from the manufacturer directly. I left multiple voicemails with their returns team and received no returned calls. Now I'm being told its too late to return. This is the worst excuse of a business. The lady on the phone "Terry" was extremely rude and pretty much said too bad. I ordered the item mid October and we received it on December 10th, the return policy clearly states 30 days, and again, I called and canceled but they made an error obviously. They promised a refund but a week later I have nothing. I was told I cannot get refunded until the delivery company returned the hard hat. This is the same delivery company that couldn't deliver on time. Weeks later (today) I notified my bank and instructed them to conduct a charge back. This is one dodgy company that takes extra money for fast delivery but delivers nothing and then blames the delivery company. First time on website. I ordered a locking key cabinet on Wednesday, paid extra to have it 2-day shipped to arrive on Friday, Saturday at the latest. I needed it to take with me out of country to a worksite, hoping to impress my boss making it happen last minute. Sunday rolls around, no arrival - that dream is shot. Absolutely, the worst company my family or I has ever dealt with. My son order a safety vest and was told 6 weeks before shipping. He waited about 2 months and called them to get a tracking number. He was told it had shipped one week after he placed the order and there was nothing they could do. They wouldn't provide tracking proof so we could confirm this. No way it shipped because the delivery was at a time when I was home. He spent a couple of weeks trying to call them, but no one ever answered his calls.
