It's crazy that I had to call a company in NJ to fix my Ricoh printer as everyone in LA wanted more…read morethan $400 to fix what I thought was pretty simple. They kept saying to buy a new one but I wasn't looking to spend over a grand again. I had a minor glitch that was going on with the printer that was not letting the screen turn on. Buttons seem to be working but the light for the screen seemed to have been what was causing the issue. I reached out to Abe at Ace Copy as one of my colleagues suggested to reach out to him as they bought there printer from him. The best part was he was easily way less than the other companies but the minor issue is I had to cover shipping costs. Not even a week later.. my Ricoh was shipped back and i just opened this bad boy and it's working.. Thank you Abe! It sucks I had to go out of my way to get something simple fixed but I'm glad I found a company like Ace Copy.
