They kept saying to buy a new one but I wasn't looking to spend over a grand again. I had a minor glitch that was going on with the printer that was not letting the screen turn on. Buttons seem to be working but the light for the screen seemed to have been what was causing the issue. I reached out to Abe at Ace Copy as one of my colleagues suggested to reach out to him as they bought there printer from him. The best part was he was easily way less than the other companies but the minor issue is I had to cover shipping costs. Not even a week later.. my Ricoh was shipped back and i just opened this bad boy and it's working.. Thank you Abe! It sucks I had to go out of my way to get something simple fixed but I'm glad I found a company like Ace Copy.

In my field of mechanical engineering i use lasers for measuring and aligning quite often. I was…read morelooking to purchase a consumer-grade laser for my house. I googled "line laser" and clicked through to Tiger Supplies via a google ad (Which i never usually do). After looking through a bunch of lasers I was not sure of a few specs offered from each model. They all look the same, except some are like $100 and others are closer to $200. I called the store for some guidance - hoping the cheapest one would work for my application. I was able to explain the situation to the woman who answered the phone. She recommended one of their cheaper models, an AdirPro Cube which cost me about $90 (but the shipping was free at least!). It was more than I wanted to spend initially, but seemed perfect for what i would need it for at home. I received the cube two days later. It came with some batteries in the box, which is always a plus. Directions aren't my thing so you can bet i did not read them. I flicked it on and the laser was very bright and easy to see. It cross levels, so I could mark horizontally and vertically. The device self-levels, so even if I hold it at a slight angle the laser remains straight. If I move it to much, it beeps vigorously, expressing its disapproval. Overall, I had a pleasant buying experience and the unit was pretty much exactly what I needed. Not sure what all the bad reviews on here are for but they were able to help me out no problem! It may seem a bit over the top to buy a laser for simple tasks, but I wanted to get it right. Lasers also make everything more fun and we messed around with it a bit after. A must have for any active DIYer, except for cat-owners, whose overstimulated animal would probably need years of therapy trying to recover from so much laser.

After e-mailing and calling a few times I finally spoke with someone and they transferred me to some one else who told me I needed to call UPS because it had been shipped.
