They also have a large parking lot, which is convenient. My biggest complaint is how heavily they push self-checkout while rarely having enough cashier lanes open. It's especially frustrating when you have a full cart and all the self-checkout stations are already occupied. Having more staffed checkout lanes available would make the shopping experience much better.

It's Costco. Most everyone knows what you get at Costco. This particular location is pretty top…read morenotch. It's super easy to get to, and has a gas station, which is the only reason why I went to Costco until a couple of weeks ago. That was when I bought a piece of furniture there. I got the piece home and it was damaged. Went back to the store...the Customer Service team there was phenomenal. Positive "we can help you" attitudes from everyone. Instead of making me bring the unit back and take another one back out to the house, they got a couple of their employees to do it (this is not typical store policy). The guys got there and delivered the new unit. IT TOO was damaged, but not enough to where we wanted to do another swap. So the general manager gave us some cash off the price and called it good. What was most impressive to me was that I offered the two employees a tip for their efforts and they vehemently denied it, saying that it was against Costco policy and that the job there was so great and they didn't want to risk it. So - I decided to give the store a try for my weekly shopping needs. They have so many great deals on stuff...especially the bigger item things like furniture, electronics, appliances, etc. They also have really good and unique options for food/snacks and household items. We were able to get most of our needs from the store, but simple things like Hershey's syrup and Simple Orange OJ we couldn't find. The meat and produce also are not the best deals, so we will have to go elsewhere for that. The checkout line was so fast and so efficient...which is a big plus these days. Costco has been added to our weekly routine thanks to tremendous customer service.
