For example my son really wanted an orange longstaff but none of the catalogs they order from had an orange option. He was determined to figure out a way to get an orange one. That's what I mean about a "can do" attitude. He sincerely wants all of his students to be happy and have a good experience. Every week I witness more examples of this type of customer service. The other staff members are great too! They are flexible and accommodating. The instructor to student ratios are great. It is pretty expensive but it is pretty much the same price anywhere you go. My 3 year old 5 year old love it. My husband and I want to join in on the fun too and plan to start taking the adult classes soon!
