I eventually got my car. 9 days after the scheduled day I was supposed to get it. Left me hanging after contract was signed. I had a vehicle that needed to be out of current location with deadline. They not only said they could do it, but probably sooner. With no updates, they only called me back AFTER multiple attempts trying to get ahold of them AND after the deadline date. They were supper aggressive at returning my calls to get me to sign contract, but opposite reaction after it was signed. I had to fly from the west coast to the east coast and get it myself. I ended up burning bridges with the agency I got the vehicle from since deadline wasn't met. I only gave them a few starts since I was refunded my money. read more

This is by far THE WORST COMPANY EVER. seriously what the fuck, some guy picked my car up and left important documents and my KEYS ON THE ROOF OF MY CAR AND DROVE OFF. My keys and all these papers were ran over for multiple hours, the guy came back and then was looking around my property for the papers that he "lost" Then when the car was dropped off, the service claimed that we owed them 1,000 check when we already payed and provided payment information prior to all of this mess. The company called today to inform us that the driver "misplaced the check" Bruh. Maybe hire better people??? And keep track of important information like this????? Seriously what the hell is wrong this I had everything packed away in my car because I am moving. I would love it if I could've had a stress free move but I could not. I was not impressed. I understand that not all routes are frequently traveled thus the price for transporting along such a route is going to be a higher price - so explain that up front - don't low-ball a price in your quote. Tiger should also do a better job screening/rating the carriers they use. The carrier that did finally sign a contract "broke down" and had to cancel. Then the next week the same carrier offered to transport the vehicle again for an additional fee! Of course they "broke down" again. I just shipped 3 cars from Ohio to Florida. 1 was enclosed transport the other 2 were open trailer. I had specific pick up dates and they were missed by many days. Also I was called by Tiger Auto transport after my first car had shipped and they said they needed an additional $500 to ship the last two cars as they gave me rates that were too low. Shipped rebuilt 2004 limited addition Mini from California to Florida. Great condition, full tank of gas. Showed up on time full of mud, empty gas tank with a broken emergency brake. Company said that they were not responsible for the interior of the car and that dirt and mud was expected. My wife and I drove to other cars across country at the same time with minimal dirt on the cars. I shipped and did not drive the car because I did not want to put wear and tare onto the car. God knows how what they did to it. The money I sent to transport, well I now have to add another grand to fix what the did. read more

I was moving my son home from college and needed to get his car back to Massachusetts from Tampa. Tiger Transport was recommended by a friend. I called 2 months ahead of time to book. I was told to book as early as possible so they could start working on assigning a carrier. They quoted me a very reasonable price. My car is small so I didn't think it would be difficult to get this done. They gave me a 4 day window but my friend told me they usually pick up her car within 1-2 days of the first available pick-up day. I was told I would receive a phone call within a week before the first available day to confirm details of pick-up. I never got a call so I started calling. Called all 3 numbers and got the same rep every time. Same scripted response. "We are working on securing the carrier and will get back to you." Keep in mind that my car had been packed and ready to go since day one. My son's apartment cleaned out, fridge emptied. Just waiting. Day 4 I called and asked for a manager. Someone called me back and said they "were working on it". Shortly after they called and said they found a carrier for DOUBLE what I was quoted. I understand gas prices and all but that seemed pretty outrageous. I had to cancel because I couldn't afford that much. I had to drive the car home by myself. I would have given negative ratings if I could. They make you sign a contract and then start changing delivery date and rates on you. Obviously you will get charged regardless of what you end up doing. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT and DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION. Do not use this firm, look elsewhere if you need a vehicle transported. As Thomas W. mentioned on 12/10, their quotes mean nothing. I had the same situation this week where they called me back requiring more money for the pickup up-n-above their quote. If you have no other alternative for transporting a vehicle, be prepared to hold them to what they quote, do not budge and do not accept "Rates are subject to change due to market conditions." Caveat emptor! 12/16 note - Per the quick email request from this firm requesting removal of this review, this should be further evidence of what the priority is for them. Tiger Auto would get more positive reviews if they prioritized observing their quoted pricing over damage-control after the fact. I can not stress enough that this firm is to be avoided. read more

Stressing to them the importance of having the car picked up in July. They quoted me a reasonable price to which I agreed. Days became weeks, they would not respond to my calls or emails. Then out of the blue I got a call suggesting that the quoted price was going up nearly double. I canceled on the phone and that was that. Then I got another call from the operations manager, Kevin I believe his name is. Saying that he can still get me in at the original quote and some other BS they probably tell everyone. I said I'm going with whoever can get me what I needed first. He said he would call me asap to confirm and draft the deposit of 295 and that he wouldn't do anything until he spoke to me first. I woke up today and they took my money without talking to me. Got this cowardly man Kevin, back on the phone admitting to our pervious conversation but refused to work with me, I could literally hear in his shaking voice that he knew he was wrong. Caution when using this company. I needed to ship a car from California to Idaho, I reached out to Tiger Auto Transport and they had quoted me $895. I had agreed to the rate and we signed a contract. I had made the reservation about a month before the car needed to be shipped. It was important that the car was received in Idaho by a specific date. Less than a week before the car is to be shipped, I received a call from Tiger stating that they cannot find a carrier to deliver my car at the $895 price and if I wanted the car to be delivered by the agreed upon time frame that the rate would now be $1250.00. When I had called to speak with management about the breach of contract, they did not care. This company is a scam. BEWARE!!! read more

I Googled this company and saw that they had a 4.6 rated stars. I talked to Sergio who was very professional and convincing. I had a quote for my car to be picked up from Tennessee to California. They suggested the day to pick up my car and I purchased my plane ticket to Californie based on the time frame they provided. On the day on pickup, no one showed up and no one contacted me. It is a challenge to have someone talk to me on the phone. Sergio gave me his personal number. he never pick up the phone when I call. I ask to talk to a manager, I am waiting on the line for now 20 minute. This is a nightmare. I have no one in TN to trust with my car and I am traveling today! This is a nightmare! read more
