Oh Tiff's Treats you would have gotten more than just one star and you also could have and would have gotten my business if only you just accepted cash. Prior to this pandemic shit started I decided to drive here in January of last year only to see a sign reading that you don't accept cash. What kind of business doesn't take cash? Look I don't have a Master's degree in running a business but I know i for a fact that's just a poor way of developing good customer relations if you're going to shame people into paying a particular way. Turning away customers is never a good thing. And there are plenty mom and pop bakeries in San Antonio I would be happy to do business with except Tiff's Treats. You lost me. Goodbye! read more

The cookies are amazing! They even warm them up for you! I ordered the ice cream sandwich and I was pretty satisfied with it. Awesome taste, sweet but not overpowering. However, the ice cream melted pretty quickly so maybe don't get the cookies warmed up for that option. Or maybe there is better ice cream that can be used...? Can't wait to go back to try the other cookie options, like the snickerdoodle. I tried the chocolate chip and the white chocolate chip, both were great! read more

While these cookies are buttery, chewy, tasty, and soft, $5.00 for 4 cookies is a bit pricey...especially since I can bake 6 dozen homemade cookies of the same size and they're just as delicious. BUT, if I'm in a jam and need to do a quick pickup of cookies, I would definitely come here for that purpose. I do like that they give you the option to warm up your cookies for you...which that in itself is amazing. I love warm cookies. I was craving a bakery dessert and this place is perfect for that! It's pretty small store with just a case that offers several types of cookies. I got the oatmeal chocolate chip and a normal chocolate chip cookie. The prices are pretty reasonable, got two cookies for $2.50. I liked the oatmeal cookie better. The regular chocolate chip cookie was more of your generic store bought taste. I wouldn't put this place on any list of best cookies, but it's definitely helpful for those cravings. read more

I always enjoy this place for sweet treats. My husband and I got chocolate chip cookies, snickerdoodle, oatmeal chocolate chip, peanut butter chocolate chip, and brownies. All of them were delicious, and I recommend trying them all. Particularly if you don't enjoy oatmeal raisin, the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are delicious. Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are also wonderful! Snickerdoodle and sweet and tasty. The big standout is the brownies, of course. They are crispy on top and completely gooey and delicious in the center. Make sure to take advantage of the ability to get the cookies and brownies warmed at the location. If you can't finish them all quickly, everything re-heats wonderfully. I was surprised by how the brownies re-heated and again were gooey and soft in the center. Delicious! read more

I stopped by this location on my way to appointment around 12:30pm there was one person (anglo lady) placing a future order and asking several questions about delivery polices, tip procedures, etc, etc, and on & on. The counter help (anglo too)was doing her job by answering all questions but WHY couldn't she request for back up! There were several people working in the back kitchen....Poor customer service. So after 9-11 long minutes it's finally my turn, then another person (anglo man) walks in the store and that's when a person (anglo too) from the back kitchen RUSHES to front counter to help him?? Go figure? So I made a remark to the person that rushed from back kitchen to help the man who just walked in less then a minute.....where were you earlier when counter help was busy taking customer future order? Then counter lady ask me if there's a problem I replied yes....why didn't this back up person come help me when I was waiting for several minutes while you were tied up ?? She had no comment handed me the 1dozen cookies with out even saying Thank you for your business. Terrible customer service! read more

What a bummer! The max you can order when you walk-in is 2 dozen more than that and you will have to order online or call. Maybe this policy can run when it's busy only? But it is awesome to see this place in the Park North shopping center. It is a corner shop in the area in front of Alamo Drafthouse and right next to the Diamond store. Parking is challenging in this area so come prepared. All cookies were delish but these cookies looked much smaller than the ones we had in Austin. Right now a dozen of cookies is $12. Place is super shiny because of all the brand new appliances. You can order delivery as well and the cookies will be warm. They have bottled sodas, milk, and other drinks in a case in the front of the store. read more

Highly disappointed with the delivery service I received. Husband and I are physically separated due to work and I ordered cookies to be delivered as a surprise for his birthday. I understand their policy is too call ahead for home deliveries so I put in a special request to not give specifics on what was being delivered during the confirmation phone call. My request was not honored and the surprise was ruined. This is a bit disheartening since I was trying to do something nice for my husband when I'm 2k miles away. Additionally, my husband then gets a call during the delivery window saying that they're running over an hour late. They ended up delivering thirty minutes outside the requested delivery window. I understand that things don't always go as planned and there are things like traffic and weather which may affect delivery but these things should be taken into account when scheduling deliveries and enough time should be allotted to ensure efficiency as well as take into consideration driver safety. Edit: June 2018. I placed another order which was delivered on time, but do not expect Tiff's Treats to be discreet. My spouse received a text saying he was having cookies delivered. The only change I wish they would make to the delivery process is to just state that they have a delivery vs specifically explaining what is being delivered. Florists don't tell patrons they're getting roses for Valentine's Day prior to the delivery. Cookies should be the same way. It honestly doesn't matter if they are delivered warm or not. read more
