I have been looking for a gold tiara around southampton and couldn't find any. Decided to go to Tiffany thinking they will surely have it. Unfortunately I decided to go on the worst day, weather wise, heavy rains, strong winds and expected storms. I parked closest to the shop which is opposite debenhams on the east street. Ran out of the car got the buggy out for my baby, got him in and started walking very fast to Tiffany.
When I stood outside the shop, I saw the 2 sales ladies standing and staring at me I somehow managed to open the heavy door and had to pull the buggy up as there was a step, we were quite wet by then, but non of the ladies came to help with the door or any assistance at all. As soon as I was in and I shut the door, one of the ladies asked what I would like and I told her, gold tiara so she said: "wait there, I will bring it to you" so I guessed that she didn't want me walking around her shop in wet shoes and a wet buggy, so I just waited near the door. She showed me her very chunky gold tiaras, which were over priced. I didn't like any as I was looking for a very delicate design. I said no thank you i will look somewhere else and turned around to leave. At this point I thought she might come to help me with the door, but she just stood there smiling. I struggled to get out and get the buggy out, even then she didn't have the courtesy to come to shut the door, she just stood there smiling.
I was so annoyed and disappointed with that behaviour. No consideration or kindness shown. I will never visit that shop again. read more
