Very rude owner! I couldn't even make a reservation at this place. The owner insulted and hung up on me when I called 501-865-6050 at 10:30 CST to make a room reservation, stating it was too late to call! Why would a business list a number that can't be called for business? By the way, The hot springs.org site listed this B&B and listed no business hours for the place--might want to have them correct that!)

We needed a night away and we had an amazing stay here. We had a relaxing day on Lake DeGray then crashed here. (They even had a place to park our boat) Bed was SO comfy in the Hamilton room. It was summer & the AC was extra cold plus extra BONUS all rooms had ceiling fans. Windows had extra pull down shades to make it extra dark too. The flameless candles gave it an extra romantic vibe. Private patio was so nice & so was the tub & bath salts. Sheets, towels, breakfast, ESPECIALLY the coffee was all amazing!! 10/10 for cleanliness even with indoor sweet dog & a cat. Everything was Pristine & we had an awesome stay. We will be returning in the fall to enjoy the fire pit & some awesome hospitality!! read more

Thank you so much, Jeni! We really appreciate you taking the time to…
Our family is on a family road trip through Arkansas, and we wanted to visit Hot Springs National Park, but we didn't want to stay in the city. We wanted to be able to relax and unplug after a long day. We found Tiffany's Bed & Breakfast and it was perfect for us. Here is a video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w0P4QzKh4W0&list=PLmJUb__C4bHRUSQnXSjLd9abcLCgRY6FW) if you prefer to watch instead of read, and you can get a better idea of what to expect. When we arrived, Tiffany greeted us at the front door. She showed us around, offered us drinks (coffee, tea, water) and she gave us a quick tour of the B&B before showing us our room. The room that we stayed at was perfect for us. They do not offer an roll-away beds, and since we had our kids with us, we brought their sleeping bags with them and they slept on a nice pallet right next to our bed. The bed that we slept in was incredibly comfortable. In the morning, the kids would join us and we loved snuggling in the morning. Tiffany cooked a delicious breakfast for us each morning, and she offered us juices, coffee, tea, water, and/or milk. Her and her husband, Bob, are incredibly hospitable. They have been in the hotel industry for over 10 years. They know what they are doing! The cabin is surrounded by 62+ acres of woods; there is a walking trail that you can take if you want to go for a stroll through nature. Outside there is also a wooden swing hanging from a tree that my son, Jacques, had a lot of fun swinging on. My daughter, Amelia, had fun exploring all of the different flowers that they had around the cabin. The kids also had fun playing tic-tac-toe together on the porch with their huge game board that they had. There were also some other games inside. I should mention that they do have a dog and 2 cats, which are super friendly and our kids loved getting to know them. I'm mentioning this in case anyone has allergies, although Tiffany and Bob keep their pets downstairs in their room. Also I would like to mention that Tiffany asked me beforehand if we had any food allergies before we arrived; I found this to be very courteous! All-in-all, we had a great stay with Tiffany and Bob and if you are looking for a place to stay right outside of Hot Springs so that you are not in the middle of the city, this place is only 15-20 minutes away from Hot Springs. I can highly recommend this B&B. read more

My wife and I enjoyed a quaint overnight getaway! Tiffany's is a little outside of Hot Springs off the beaten path which makes it a wonderful retreat from the city yet close to enjoy all the best of Hot Springs! Bob and Tiffany are wonderful hosts and love to share stories, which is a fantastic way to enjoy the breakfast! The bed was super comfy and the room we stayed had both a stand in shower and separate jetted bath tub! We enjoyed the luxurious robes! Their property has a few small hiking trails and a fire pit to relax at! Not to forget the amazing brownies in your room! Bob's horticultural expertise has made for some amazing plants around the property! You will definitely want to come back! read more

Thank you, Otto, for taking the time to write a review. We're so…
This place is perfect for a get-a-way. There is no cell phone reception which is what I desired to just escape and truly relax. Tiffany and Bob are so nice. She showed me around the property before showing me my wonderful room. Breakfast is served at 8:30am and all the days I stayed there it was a great breakfast. She made this monkey bread that is irresistible. Wow! My room was absolutely amazing. The sheets and the bed make you just want to hibernate. Tiffany gave me a great recommendation to the nearest restaurant and it was amazing. Rocky Mountain Grill. You have free range around the house (except other guest rooms, of course) sit in the living room or on the porch. There are snacks in the kitchen. I must say Bob makes a great cup of coffee. Its not far from Hot Springs and plenty to do there. Tiffany gives great recommendations so make sure you ask her. Every place she recommended to me was fabulous. read more

Awesome place! Me and my wife stayed in the Ouachita room. Great room. Very fancy cabin feel with a super nice attached bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. Property is amazing and very serene. Tiffany and Bob are really nice and make you feel at home. Breakfast is superb and extra brownies and snacks. They even made a fire for us when we asked. Worth every penny. We are planning to bead back some time. It was a little high on the price for us, but we would totally pay it money to go back again. read more

Bob and Tiffany are welcoming and gracious. The house is unique and quaint in ways. There are a lot of little touches here and there that made our stay even more enjoyable. The price is reasonable and really isn't too far from Hot Springs. Although be careful because you can lose phone/GPS signal out there. Warning: if you aren't used to B&Bs, this one has a "family-style" breakfast where strangers break bread together. Not an issue, but it could make some people uncomfortable. Tiffany will also make food based upon allergy/lifestyle considerations. The only thing I did not like is that there are not individual minifridges for each room. The shared fridge can (and did) lead to some confusion. But overall a fantastic place to stay with a significant other. read more

I really enjoyed our stay here, although it was not my typical "style" of bed and breakfast. I like a bit more privacy and alone-ness. Still, the owners were very friendly and the room/bed/bath was very comfortable, I would recommend staying here. read more
