My girlfriend & I heard great things about Knotty & Nice through some friends who had passed through Hot Spings earlier this year so we decided to book a couple nights as well, and boy oh boy what a nice surprise we had. We stayed in the Rustic Cabin, which has a full kitchen, TV, Satellite Cable, Air Conditioning, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a HUGE 2-person Jacuzzi! Funnily enough, when we went to the Spa at Quapaw Bath House, they had the SAME EXACT jacuzzi! We coulda stayed in our cabin! Anyway, we were there during the week so there wasn't anyone else staying there and it was ULTRA private. It feels like you are in a cabin in the woods. Wait - YOU ARE! The owners, Arturo & Karen, were sooo nice and even cooked us breakfast one morning, even though breakfast isn't included with our particular room. AWESOME! We also played cards and they even took us on one of the nearby nature trails. Our days in Hot Springs were really special, and Knotty & Nice played a huge part in that. Thanks! read more

The owners are very friendly and attentive. We're here on a honeymoon/anniversary type of weekend and we choose a smaller cabin because it's just us and we wanted cozy. (We stayed in the Overlook Cabin) This cabin was perfect for us! We had our own hot tub, huge shower built for 2, and a fully furnished cabin that even had a selection of coffees!!! We've decided this will probably be our go to spot when we travel to AR!! It cost a tad bit more than a hotel would but honestly, it's well worth the small amount difference (and I mean it when I say small amount difference). We stayed at this nice Bed and Breakfast called Knotty and Nice. Ran by a wonderful couple. They were very attentive and nice to us. Or cabin was the Timberland cottage. It was spacious and very private. There was 4 of us and we were all comfortable. We had a BBQ on our deck and after we went to the Jacuzzi. Pros the owners are very nice and the cabins are clean. You are close to downtown. Fully furnished (just bring towels). Cons, we were literally right off the highway. We heard traffic all day and night. Their is NO privacy. As soon as you step out the front door you are looking at the owners cabin. The cliff overview is a bit exaggerated, it's more like a hill. There was some remodeling going on so the landscape was not very nice to look at. If you are expecting to be in a secluded cabin in the mountains this is not the place for you at $200.00 a night. read more

All descriptions of this establishment fail to tell you that you are in tiny cabins and within plain view of the office. We stayed in the newest Overcliff cabin. Walk out front door and the office and owners cabin was within 20 ft away. Out the back "deck" your view on one side was an old truck and shed with junk piled up and other view was the highest with constant traffic heard all day and night. NOT IN THE WOODS AT ALL. Very disappointed. We expected and were told it was private and up in the mountains. The hot tub was out front closer to the office/owners cabin and had to was put in the open to get into and out of the hot tub. We left the hot tub on one night so it would be warm the next morning only to come out and find it had been covered and turned off sometime during the night by the owners. It takes 2-3 hours to warm up. read more
