I had received a confirmation email and text and warning about being charged if I was a no show. I arrived early and waited in my car (Covid protocol instructions) and texted the number. No response. I called and left a message that I was waiting. No response. I knocked on the door. No response. I continued to call and text for the next half hour. I thought the patient before me could have arrived late and she was running late. I finally left. I waited until the next day, hoping I would hear from Candice Doyle. I did not. I'm quite sure, she would have charge me for not showiing up for my appointment, but apparently, the rules don't apply to her. I hope I can save others from the hassle of dealing with an unprofessional and uncommunicative business.

I called on a Saturday, because I was in the area, and left a voicemail asking if she had time to see me. I heard nothing back and wasn't surprised or disappointed. I could see her after I made an appointment..but then, the next day and on to Monday, I received phone calls and voicemails chastising me for not giving her notice. I agreed with that and apologized. Then she left me another rant and told me I owed her $20.00 for the the time I kept her waiting..WHAT? I didn't talk to her, only the messages. We've never met. I never had an appointment with her. I had to block her from contacting me. Be careful..this was all very odd!

The pain associated with the injury was gone by the time I left. The injury wasn't gone, but the dreadful and wearing pain had ceased. It stayed gone for 2.5 days! I was back the next week with a friend. (She also loved her results and will be a repeat customer.) I saw Julie on a Friday; it's now Monday and I'm still pain free. Again, the injury isn't gone, but the horrible pain that robbed me of my energy and was beginning to depress me has gone. I am able to deal with my incapacity much better.
