Started off great. Polite, positive communication but didn't last. Owner stated her business consisted of her and 2 family members. But a few weeks in she started sending random employees that didn't do a complete thorough job. When issues were mentioned in an attempt to work through things Tiffany was kurt and non communicative except by text. Didn't feel a phone call was necessary (her words) She may be fine if you can go behind her and watch her. I agreed to 90.00 for a 2/1 NO laundry. Always seemed rushed. In and out in about an hour. I've been a client with Tiffany for almost two years now. Her cleaning service is great and it's so nice to be able to get my home professionally cleaned every 2 weeks. She has always been flexible and worked with my schedule. However, if I need to change our appointment time, I realize that she has a set schedule with other clients and I have to be flexible until we get back on our scheduled rotation. Hired service for a full move out clean. Seemed like it was quite rushed (even though it took them two days). Bathroom ceiling fan still dirty, Shower in master bedroom not up to pare, Plantation shutters and Kitchen cabinets not wiped down. Tried to call repeatedly to discusses and got sent straight to voicemail. Highly disappointed and do not recommend. read more

I ended my relationship with this company due to unprofessional business practices. While Tiffany personally does a good job cleaning, when she was cleaning my house, (2015) there seemed to be other issues preventing her from being able to provide consistent, reliable cleaning appointments. I had a total of 6 cleanings from this service. In July 2015, I contacted Tiffany and had her come over for an estimate. She was late to this appointment. She stated during the initial cleaning "they" would polish the outside of my cabinets and take all trash to the alley. This led me to believe there was a cleaning crew. Neither of the promised items were done and I found out later she had to come alone because the other staff who was supposed to come didn't show. The initial cleaning fee was $325 and I was happy enough with the job she was able to do by herself that we agreed on a price for biweekly cleanings. I was under the impression a "crew" would be cleaning my house in a time frame of 4 hours. I had a total of three biweekly cleanings between July and September; each time I needed to leave a note reminding her of items I needed done. This wasn't a huge deal as this is often part of getting to know new clients. I later found out Tiffany was the only person cleaning my house. Considering she was the only one cleaning, she did a fantastic job in the 4 hours she allotted for my house, but my home truly needed an additional person or a little more time to allow for a thorough biweekly cleaning. After my first biweekly cleaning, there was some type of family emergency that caused my cleaning to be rescheduled. I received notification of the cancellation the evening before my cleaning was scheduled. A week or so passed and we finally got back on a schedule and I specified I for sure needed a cleaning on a particular day (due to company coming in town/game weekend). Tiffany never showed up. I called, texted and emailed her. About 11am the morning she was scheduled to clean, I finally received a text from her stating she had another family emergency. My inquiries regarding whether or not she had additional staff she could send went (and still go) unanswered. I had to take off work to come home and clean. I never heard back from her. I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism I received from this company and it's unfortunate because I think Tiffany seems like a nice person and works hard to please her customers. Hopefully the issues preventing her from following through on being able to offer reliable, consistent service have since been resolved. read more

I have used Tiffany for the last few months and she has always done a great job. If there is something extra I have needed she does it. If I find something I am unhappy with she has offered to come back and fix it or she makes note to make sure it isn't missed again. She answers promptly and very sweet. Her staff is also very kind! I asked my son to hire a new cleaning service and to start with a deep clean. He hired Tiffany's to come out and they left the house a huge mess. Tiffany's promised to come out again with "Our best crew" and that she would supervise to make sure everything was done correctly. Not only did the owner of Tiffany's not come, she told the crew what NOT to do and that this was "some college kids house". Well...this "college" kid is my son. This "college kids house" was owned by a elderly couple for 55 years till it was remodeled by us 4 years ago. It's been professionally cleaned for four years. My daughter will also be living here when she goes to college. We won't be using this service for the next four years I can assure you. read more

I found Tiffany on yelp to complete an unanticipated move out cleaning for my mother in Lubbock. She was quick to respond, flexible with my needs, and detailed in her communication. She provided great follow through and a superb job. My mother's apt. was less than ideal and Tiffany's team made it look fantastic. They made the stove and refrigerator look like new. She team was nice and thoughtful to my situation, true winners. I also know Tiffany personally inspected her teams work and ensured it was acceptable. I would undoubtedly recommend her services.
