She needed a good interior detailing since I have dogs and their hair had made it into the nooks and crannies of my back seat and regular vacuuming was no going to cut it. So, I jumped on Yelp and asked around and found Jacob and Champs Shine and Brite. I reached out on a Friday, and he was able to fit me in on Sunday. (I was trading the car in on Monday) He showed up punctually and got to work. OMG. The difference is so amazing, I could not believe it. He literally got ALL the hair out and the inside of my car now looks BRAND new! And all for a great price! I would definitely recommend him and will be telling all my friends about his great work. I have never felt so disrespected, offended, and uncomfortable in my entire life. While I gave him my payment (credit card), he observed my ethnic last name and then immediately asked me if I was a U.S. citizen, which is completely irrelevant to his services and line of work. He then attacked my heritage and said that it was a source of problems for the U.S., amongst other rude comments. Here is this man I know nothing about, in my living room, insulting me and my culture, when I acted cordially and offered him my business. I would not recommend this company for any services, as racism is not welcome in any community, but especially in a community known for being the "friendliest city in America".

Highly Recommended: Donald Kirtland, Owner of Dragger Handyman Service…read more I can't say enough good things about Donald Kirtland and Dragger Handyman Service. Donald completely transformed my home in Slaton, Texas, and the results are nothing short of amazing. The scope of work was extensive: he painted the entire interior and exterior, refinished the hardwood floors, installed new kitchen flooring, put in a new kitchen sink and countertop, and installed new bathroom fixtures. Every project was completed with exceptional skill and attention to detail. My house looks like a brand-new home. Just as important, Donald is a true professional to work with. He communicated clearly and consistently throughout the project, and he honored every commitment in his bid, on scope and on price, with no surprises. That kind of honesty and reliability is rare in the trades. If you're looking for a contractor who does quality work, keeps his word, and treats your home like his own, look no further. I recommend Donald Kirtland without hesitation and would hire him again in a heartbeat. Doyle
