Stopped by Phipps Plaza on Saturday afternoon to pick up an order that I placed online at Tiffany & Co (my FAV store) the night before (wow they work fast). I planned on picking it up in the store due to the holiday season, didn't want it to be shipped to my home and grow legs and walk away lol! The experience was great! My items I purchased were beautiful (necklace & sunnies). Looked like what I expected; however the rep that assisted me kept asking me if I want this or that a few times to be included with my purchase! Yes ma'am I want everything that comes with the Tiffany experience, including gift receipts, blue boxes and pretty white bows to add to my collection I already own. Phipps is a Beautiful Mall, my niece and I walked to Nobu for dinner, they didn't open until 6pm..too late for us. We will go back one day. I really enjoyed the outdoor market, really cool! I was apprehensive to come here after reading the reviews about the customer service. We were warmly greeted when we arrived I was early for my appointment but they took me anyway. I was offered water and given excellent customer service. Every customer service rep including security were very friendly and I was in and out very quickly. I visited this store in 2021 wanting them to clean some of my Tiffany jewelry. They told me they no longer did in-store cleanings, but they would ship it out to be cleaned. Ok, I guess, but the most troubling part of this is that when they sent the clean jewelry back to me, when I got the box in the mail, before I even opened it, one of my rings fell out of the box onto the floor. They had done such a poor job of packing that the ring literally fell out of the cardboard box that my jewelery was shipped in. Thank goodness the ring fell out at my house and not in the delivery truck!!! read more

I absolutely love the white glove service I receive here. Even though I was dressed less impressive than normal, I was still treated like I walked in in a suit. They were very patient as I wanted to see darn near everything they had. What impresses me the most was the amount of items I could see at once. Most jewelers will only allow you to see one piece at a time. I had like 5 out trying to make up my mind. Ended up with a larger statement piece than what I went in for, but Tiffany's is a statement in itself. Just lovely experience. read more

Tiffany & Co. guest services has always taken care of me in NYC, Portland and Salt Lake City. But I wanted to give special recognition to Cherrelle M. at Tiffany Atlanta. She inherited a repair that was done incorrectly the first time. Cherrelle was genuine, showed interest and determination to redo the repair quickly because of an important occasion coming up. Unfortunately, the repair came back a second time with another issue, and another guest representative "helped" me, but without the kindness or concern Cherrelle had. Regardless of that other experience, when my repair arrived the third time finally correct, it was Cherrelle who contacted me. Greeted me with a smile when I picked-up. And made the whole process feel better again. Tiffany & Co. you need to make sure Cherrelle is given kudos. read more

Some of the staff at Tiffany's in Lenox Mall are singlehandedly working on destroying the Tiffany brand in the Southeast with their rude and condescending behavior. The funny thing is that if you were actually familiar with your own brand, you would have seen that the customer was wearing several pieces of Tiffany when they walked through the door. The associates behavior has really soured my love of Tiffany, because every time I think about it, I'm angered that Tiffany would allow their associates to treat customers this way. I love Tiffany & Co! This store is similar to all of the others that I have visited. Immaculate. Clean, organized and orderly. The staff is wonderful and friendly. They have a large selection of pricey, high end jewelry and gifts but they also have a nice selection of (what I'd consider) moderately priced jewelry and gifts. Don't be intimidated. Walk in, take a look around. I love Tiffany's barware and drinking glasses. I wish they would carry goods for the home in more stores but I believe that even the Rodeo Drive store quit carrying these items and they are only on display in the flagship NY store. read more

I get it "you're Tiffany's," but honestly where do they find some these employees? The customer service is absolutely terrible for the most part. There are a few employees are absolutely lovely, but if you're not there on a day that they are, good luck! I needed to.go in there twice, in one week, and it was terrible. I was treated like "I was gum stuck on the bottom of a shoe." Sales rep, especially on the second trip was NASTY! Huffing and gruffing when I asked a few questions. I have been trying to update some of my reviews and stumbled upon my past review at Tiffany & Co. Over the past decade, I bought a number of things at Tiffany. Be it at the store or online. Everyone knows Tiffany is a upscale jewelry store. I want to say I have almost always, except once, received impeccable service at this store. It did not matter if I walked in and purchased a few thousand dollars jewelry or a $5 polishing cloth. Yes, those $5 a piece polishing cloth is probably the cheapest thing sold in the store. It did not matter what I wore or what I carried at every visit to the store. The Tiffany staffs always provided me with excellent customer service which made me feel valued. Yep! Even when I just paid for a $5+tax polishing cloth. Speaking of which, I never think what I have or owned necessarily mean I am better off than anyone else. I may be wearing a $700 pair of shoes, but someone who is wearing a $20 pair of shoes may be a lot happier than me. Happiness is never about how much our possessions are worth. Yes, I am getting philosophical every day, guess yoga really helps, hehe.. The Tiffany blue box still evokes this magical feeling in me :) read more

The Tiffany name is always going to be synonymous with luxury and style. You pay a big premium for it. But, many of their items are pretty special. We bought our wedding rings / engagement ring at Tiffany over a decade ago. I just went to this location to have them cleaned. Without us buying anything, they cleaned our rings and gave us Fiji water bottles & juice for our kids. Excellent customer service and attitude. Highly recommend this location. read more

Tiffany's should be embarrassed with their complete lack of service after a sale. Walmart would do a better job of a simple wallet repair. Costco would replace the wallet with no questions asked. Target would give me "store credit". Tiffanys says we can't fix it. No other options. And worse yet, the store manager wouldn't even speak to me until l met her in the service area. Not a fan of this location. Me and my fiancée went in a few months ago to look at rings. We got stuck with this rude Asian woman. She was super pretentious. I tried on a size 6 and it was too big. She sized my finger and declared me a 5.5. He bought my ring. Yay! He had it resized which to weeks and I just got it and it's spinning like a top. So either they messed up the resize or that so called expert doesn't know what she's doing. At any rate, now I have to send my new ring back to get it resized and who knows how long that will take them. Dealing with this store is the most frustrating experience I've had in a long time. You'd think, because this is supposedly a "high end" retailer, that customer service would be impeccable. It's not. A couple of years back I purchased a set of earrings for my daughter, who has since lost one. Thought it would be relatively easy to simply purchase a replacement over the phone. I spoke with a customer service rep at the store, who stated that in order to get a replacement, I had to physically bring the remaining earring into the store, at which time they would send it in to their central location for inspection. Only then would they allow me to purchase a replacement. After fuming about this for a couple of days, i thought that maybe they misunderstood the situation, so I decided to call back and speak with the store manager, hopefully common sense would prevail. Nope. When I asked for the manager, the individual who answered the phone absolutely refused to put me through until I provided my name and the reason for the call. Really? When I finally got the manager on the phone, she repeated what the other customer service had stated and finished with "that's your only option", other than purchasing a new set, which my suspicions tell me might be the real reason they were making the process so difficult. Regardless, the employees at the store were generally indifferent. While they weren't exactly rude, they definitely gave the impression that customer service after the sale wasn't high on their list. read more

Absolutely love this location. Tiffany's has been my go to place to get my wife jewelry. Main reason is the warranty, which is why we came in last week. In September, I purchased a necklace for my wife as an anniversary present, and don't know what happened about two weeks ago that it came apart. I will start by saying I am not just some nobody walked in the store expecting for them to bring me out a 5 carat diamonds look at it. I have money and I have lots of expensive jewelry and bags. I love Louis Vuitton & Balenciaga and I have nice jewelry. This is not me bragging in anyway shape or form this is me saying what I have and what I am able to afford. That being said, I walked into the store coming to look at a diamond necklace that was around $5000, I was wearing blue jeans and a T-shirt with writing on it I'm not sure what it said something kitschy or something. I was carrying a black Balenciaga bag which to the naked eye does not look expensive. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to speak to me the store was not very busy and I assume someone would get to me once they were available. However, no one ever came up to speak to me sales people made brief Eye contact with me and then looked away. I was ready to make a $5000 purchase in cash. So needless to say, they lost their sale. I went to Saks fifth avenue to the Louis Vuitton boutique and bought myself a handbag instead. I guess unless you have a long platinum blonde hair designer heels and a Chanel purse they don't want you to buy their jewelry. read more

When I went into the store, a lady started helping us and she was showing us several wedding bands kindly. All of sudden, Noune Kalpak approached to the lady and took us over from her for some unknown reasons. Then she treated us like shit. While my wife was trying a ring, she asked my wife to take the ring out and give it back to her. She never let us to try the rings more than 30 seconds and so rushed to show the other rings. Finally, while we were thinking what to pick among the several rings and talking to each other, she said. "We have to narrow down. Miss, do you like this or not." My wife was intimidated and said No, then Noune hitchily put that ring back in the display and again. "Ok now what about this." This threatening service repeated many times until we left only two choices. Can you imagine how intimidating it is? We couldn't make a decision to buy $3,000-valued rings in this way. We decided to leave the store and tried to politely say that we want to think more before we make the decision. Then she said nothing, just cleaned up the rings, and said. "Will you make the decision today?", I said "Yeah maybe". She said "Then I will just keep the rings here by tomorrow. Our hours tomorrow is from X to Y. This is my business card. Thank you. Bye." Oh yeah, it wasn't that bad compared to what she did when she showed the rings to us. This is THE MOST terrible shopping experience in my whole life. When I left the store and thought about the experience there, I was so mad at myself that tried to keep smiling at her to be polite. Never work with Noune if you are a Asian young couple. I really, really, really want to be able to give the same glowing reviews that everyone else here has, but I can't. For a placed that's supposed to be fairly high end, their customer service piece is lacking. I won't go as far as to say that the staff was intentionally inefficient, because more staffing could have easily remedied my displeasure. I went on a lazy afternoon and experienced the same thing as Erika A; a bunch of "just browsing" tackheads with no intent to buy. I knew exactly what I wanted, and posted myself directly in front of the case, only to have to wait at least 15 minutes for a transaction the lasted no more than 2 minutes. My salesperson was pleasant once she finally got around to me, but the whole time I got the vibe that I was out of place. It just wasn't the experience I expected to have. If I hadn't been on a time crunch, I'd have just purchased from their online store. It's doubtful I'll ever visit this retail location again, and the only reason I'll shop with Tiffany's at all in the future is because there's an item that I still want, that only they have. Once I get it, they'll no longer be getting any more money from me. read more

I wish more companies had the customer experience that Tiffany's does. Quality - Of course, no surprise here, high quality. Store - Not too crowded. Easy to walk around and shop. Staff - Amazing. Customer service is top notch. They greet you as soon as you walk in. They offer help if you like it and leave alone if you don't. I dropped off my engagement ring to get sizing beads on it and they turned a normal 2 week process into a 4 day one because they knew I couldn't stand to be without it for long. It came back with some polish gunk on it and they were incredibly patient as they kept working to get rid of it (they did). The company still has a practice of writing hand-written thank-you notes to their customers which is incredibly classy. I've never had to pay for a polishing or the sizing beads, which let's face it, is how it should be with as much as was paid for the bauble but not every company is so gracious. Polishing takes about 5 minutes, or you can drop it off while you shop at the mall, since it's so conveniently located. My only complaint - and it's not big enough to dock them a star - is their mailing practices. Not a great idea to be mailing stuff when your customer may have bought something for their live-in partner... It's hard to make it a surprise then. Also, they keep sending us catalogs now. read more

Great customer service! My repair came with a one year warranty which was great. They also cleaned and buffed the bracelets after repair. The staff here are friendly and not snobby. It does get pretty busy if you need the customer service on weekends, and cleaning does cost money for all jewelry. It costs around $15 for one necklace to be cleaned and it takes 24 hours. They do a good job here in general. My engagement ring is from here, and it had to be resized. It only took them 2 business days to ship it out, resize it, then ship it back! The resizing was free, probably because it was purchased at this location though. read more

The staff is all very willing to take care of you, whether it's getting you a diamond ring or a glass of water. There are security guards at each door, all of whom are quite friendly. This location is actually one of the bigger stores, with two large showrooms with lots of sparklies on display. They do act a tiny bit offended, however, when you pull a Holly Golightly and ask what you can get for under $10. (Hint: the answer is nothing.) read more

As the double silver doors opened in front of me, I heard a chorus of angels begin to sing. Walking in to Tiffany's is an experience, especially around the Holidays. The place was full of last minute gift givers, anxiously standing at every case. I found my place, happily, by the charms and amongst the sterling silver. I never fell for the "he bought it at Jared" hype considering Tiffany is apparently where to get your rings however, I'd be pretty upset if I bought a diamond ring here! I looked at a 1ct. princess cut with a white gold, plain band: $7,500.00 It wasn't even a good color! The 1/2ct princess in platinum was $6,500.00. Granted, you're buying the experience and life long bragging rights but if you're looking for a diamond, Mayors has the best cuts with competitive prices...just sayin! I was in Tiffany for well over an hour. I was lost amongst the beautiful selection of Aquamarine, eternity bands and jewelry boxes. Every sales associate, even with a store full of demanding customers, were all very attentive and courteous. I ended up buying 2 crystal bowls for friends and a charm for myself. Often times, when we go to a nice store like this, the sales men/women will ignore us because we are young and dressed very casually. But not this place. At the time Bianca (who was the head sales mgr) did this whole mother hen thing to not only help me avoid a few missteps in picking based on the C's but was also nice enough to have the final ring shipped to the flagship store on 5th Ave in NYC. Years later, I dropped through and she still remembered my face like it was yesterday. That's why I frequent Tiffany & Co. A lot of places have really nice jewelery for less; but for me, service is what makes a luxury brand. I went in to this location with my mom - she has had a Tiffany bracelet for many years and I was hoping to get the same exact one. We walked in and one sales associate began to help us. I let her know I was looking for the bracelet my mom was wearing. She quickly passed us off onto another sales associate. Things quickly went downhill. The new sales associate seemed very irritated with us from the start. She began rifling through some items in one of the drawers - never speaking to us. It was extremely odd and after a few minutes she just said she didn't have what I wanted. I asked if she had something similar I could try for sizing, which she said they did not. She did not seem to offer any other solutions and it felt like we were inconveniencing her by making her actually think and do her job. Ultimately we left empty-handed. In the time she was rifling through the drawers, my mom actually found another bracelet she wanted to try on but didn't since the lady was so rude. So ultimately, they lost out on two sales that day.
