Today, I had a much better experience with F, as the sales associate. Initially, I did stand in front of a glass case, waiting for assistance, but an older Indian man (manager?), motioned one of the associates in my direction.
I already knew the item I was going to buy, so it was just a matter of sealing the deal! I'm a very easy customer. :) F was very patient, not pushy at all, informative, and showed me various sizes and alternatives.
I would've left 4*, but last week, I still had to proactively approach a sales associate and ask for help after peeking into an office where 2 sales associates were SITTING DOWN and I also stood for quite some time in front the glass showcase, unattended. I'm not sure, but I don't think there was a manager that day.
The addition of a manager, overseeing the sales associates, HELPS. As per previous experiences, these ladies NEED pushing. However, prior to this time, the service was super disappointing and not on-par with other Tiffany stores. read more
