Im writing to you regards the customer service I have recived today 20/03/17 in Tiffany & Co boutique at Westfield Mall London W12 7GQ . The overall experiance was awful, the sales assistant made me feel small , I was very embarrassed and she made me feel stupid . I went to the store to purchase SS RTT SM HRTTAG PDT16IN 115-41-19611566 which I did and received a shopping bag with it . In the mean time I asked the sale assistant if it would be possible to recive a Tiffany & Co shopping bag . I have explained that I ordered online "Please Return To Tiffany & Co" Bracelet and Earrings and I would like a shopping bag so I could display it in my closet . The sales assistant told me that I can not have it because I have purchased those items last year ? ( "I did purchased them last year, but I didnt know that it mattered when, all I was after was a shopping bag which I did not receive with my online purchase , I wasn't doing a return ") I never felt so low in my live , I know that I didn't spend thousandes of pounds. It's not like I would sell the shopping bag on Ebay ("thats what was I told that people come in to the store and asks for the bag so they can sell in on Ebay") she could see that I was genuine person and I had a account and that I had done previous purchases . I went out of my way today I live in High Wycombe Bucks it is quite far to Westfield London I really was hoping a different result than what I actually got , I could have ordered online, like I do with most things so I don't have to feel so stupid in front of any body any more . It was just a shopping bag .
I had made a online purchase from Louis Vuitton and I also didn't receive a shopping bag,but when I went out of my way to there store at Westfield Mall they did not hesitate in giving me a shopping bag.I had the box and the receipt with me and they didn't make me feel stupid looks lovely in my closet .
Very disappointed with the experience and customer service I have received today . read more
