I was disappointed with the service I received at this particular store. I arrived with the intention to buy a present for my partner which cost a substantial amount of money. I felt the sales staff judged me on my appearance and were not very helpful from the outset (I had just finished a night shift and did not look my best!) When I asked to see the particular product I was looking for, I was told by the sales assistant that it was probably out of my price range! I did not appreciate this and needless to say I took my business elsewhere. I found exactly what I was looking for in a different jewellery store but I felt a great need to return to Ernest Jones in Pretty Woman style & flash my new purchase in their face (I didn't though!) :0) read more

Au contraries, I had excellent service, lots of watches brought out for me to examine, friendly and helpful staff , including the ones who , although not actually serving me , took the time to chat about items, as I was waiting for yet more watches to be got out. Also, my sister got the watch which she already had , polished up beautifully read more
