Looks great on paper but in reality isn't great at all. The gym is incredibly small and awkward. The pool is almost always closed, being worked on, or full or NON TENANT guests. Parking was the biggest complaint for me. I would have to park on the opposite side of my apartment in order to find a spot. People would put cones in their spots to save them! They wouldn't extend our lease by a couple days so we could move out on the weekend. Instead we had to move out after work AND turn in keys that day before they closed in order to not get a fee... Neighbors can hear everything. Forcing you to go with the worst internet company ever, centurylink, is an absolute joke. We had our entire deposit taken and more charged because it was dirty. read more

My husband and I've been waiting for over 2 months for maintenance to fix our air conditioning unit. We have been without air conditioning for the past 2 months and the apartment refuses to do anything about it or fix our air conditioner. No good. I decided to not renew my lease last month, and when I called to discuss what to do next, the lady on the phone was very rude and nasty. Almost upset that I wasn't staying. She said "Well you should've let us know way earlier. Since it's been over 30 days since we left the notice at your door, there's a $25 dollar fee per day and you're at 22 so it would be dumb to pay all that money you might as well renew your lease." Here's the thing, even if I was late from my end, that's fine, that's my fault. I don't care about fees, I care about respect, and taking care of business in a respectful manner. You're not a salesman, you're a manager and I just need you to explain some things not give your DUMB opinion. I'm not DUMB. I just don't want to live there anymore. You're the dumb one. And when you talk to your customers in such a nasty tone you should'nt expect them to want to do business with you. These people raised our rent, never maintained their pool or apartment hallways. My bedroom was hot and instead of properly fixing the AC unit, they told me to buy a fan, sleep with my door open or sleep in the living room. (How lazy, and ghetto.) I like the main manager she's a nice lady but the other people in that office need to learn some respect because you surely wouldn't address me like that in person. I was going through a bad divorce at the time but out of 4 places Tierra Pointe was the best. They were so very helpful to me. The leasing office and the maintenance people are excellent. Stacey, Cheyenne, and Brenda have been exceptional in the leasing office. They are always very kind and helpful. The maintenance staff of Lupe and Michael are grateful at what they do. I will never live in another apartment again. I'd rather live under a bridge. We had neighbors above us for the first year that let their dog urinate on their patio which dripped down to ours all over our grill and furniture.. it took forever for management to do something about it. Finally they moved out. After that we heard something digging under the tub in the master bath and complained for over a year and We started getting roaches like mad in our bedroom and bathroom that were coming in from the wall, even through the electrical outlets. It took over a year and me threatening to break my lease for them to finally tear the tub out to find something had made a home under our tub and was infested with sewer roaches. That was finally taken care of. Now we have neighbors above us who NEVER sleep and wake us up all the time. They tie their dog to the stairs and let it poop outside our bedroom window to the point we can't open it because of the smell. I asked for it to be cleaned up and it has not. It will probably take a month or so for someone to do something about it. I'm done with this place. It has been nothing but a nightmare. I can't wait to move from here. Worst customer service I was trying to get an apartment thru them the lady did not go thru all of the details ended up paying multiple fees and the reservation for the apartment at the end they asked used for 1000 Dlls of an extra deposit. I said I didn't want the apartment any more I am still waiting on the partial refund because they said we couldn't have the full refund back due to some policies. Even tho the apartment was never take off online available properties it has been a hassle if you are looking into this apartments make sure you do go over all the details so that this doesn't happen to you it's been almost 3 months and I'm still waiting on my refund I have tried calling them and they never answer again worst customer service. read more

Tierra Pointe Apartments is hands down the best, and most luxurious apartment complex in Casa Grande! Virginia is the property manager and she is without question the most professional, and thorough manager I have ever met. Her staff assistants, Erika and Analysia are mirror images of her professionalism. The maintenance crew leader Lupe is always timely when it comes to maintenance inspections and the changing of the a/c filters. As far as the amenities go, WOW! There's a state of the art swimming pool with waterfall, jacuzzi, gas grills, and covered gazebo's. The common area in the resident lounge is complete with a pool table, refreshments, and a media area. This apartment complex is the safest and most secure complex in the area, which is extremely important to me. If you have a family or live alone this is the place for you! It literally has the look and feel of a five-star resort! My experience at Tierra Pointe was outstanding! If I ever move back to the area I will live at Tierra Pointe! read more

So.. My wife and I moved out on the 20th of August because our contract was over. Going in to Tierra Pointe a year ago it seemed great! Nice place, beautiful pool and a washer and dryer inside the unit. Before moving in we agreed to pay a 500 dollar deposit and roughly 1200 a month in rent.. Which I thought was kinda high but did it anyways. 2 months after moving in we started noticing what a majority of people are saying negativity about this place. There were roaches, spiders and the occasional scorpion.. My wife got locked inside the bathroom due to a faulty door lock. There is not enough parking spots for all the residents so I'd find myself coming home at 4 AM from work with randoms in my parking spot. Which led me to drive blankly around the complex waiting for someone to leave.. I can go on. But.. long story short. Don't rent here. It's not worth it. Oh btw, they informed us yesterday that they are keeping our deposit of 500 bucks for 65 dollar an hour painting(2 hours), 4 panels of a blind at 35 bucks each, 30 min of cleaning and other things that we were blindsided with. Strange because my wife and I cleaned that place spotless for 5 hours just so we can get at least SOME of our deposit back. I hope this helps any future families looking into renting here. Just moved here from Hawaii and my cousin recommended I rent here. I already knew I was going to love it just pulling up inside the entrance. When we did the tour, I loved it even more. There's a 24 hr gym, spa/pool/jacuzzi, FREE brunch on Saturdays and so much more. Today is my official move in day and I'm so excited to start my journey in a new home as well as in a new state. Back in Hawaii, I could never afford to live in a LUXURY apartment because they go for over $1000+ . Here it's so affordable. I can't wait so see what Tierra pointe has in store for me. Btw, shout out to the assistant community director Analycia for helping get settled into my new home. She has been a very big help since I had started the process of moving in. I also just met Lupe the maintenance guy! He makes me not worry about any problems I may run into because he got it covered . This place seems to be nice up front. Even the the management team tries to win you over by putting on a show. Make no mistake. the staff is unreasonable. miss your rent date for whatever reason? be prepared to incur huge fees per day. no notification, no grace period, no leniency. Use their website paylease and get charged more fees, nothing is handled in a timely manner by them. They do nothing to take care of your requests. they do nothing to listen to your situation. They only want your hard earned money for nothing in return. apts are furnished with cheap amenities. carpet is cheap, cabinets are cheap, stove is cheap, doors are cheap. and the cost to live there is outrageous. only rules enforced are money related and its not going to be in your favor. K getting pissed with this so called luxury apts of casa grande... I dumped a Tupperware full of taco meat down the garbage disposal and it decides to seize up. So I try to unseize it and it did not work so I removed as much crap from it as I can. So I go to office and explain what happened an basically I was told that is not an emergency so I have to wait til Monday to get this problem fixed today is Saturday. To me it is an emergency it is goin to rot and stink up my lil studio apt that I pay 620 a month for. To me if this is a luxury apt they would have at leAst one maintenance person living on site so they can offer 24/7 service....las brisas does and so do most luxury apts in the city..And honestly that's not it it took several months to get my carpet fixed so I had to deal with stepping on tacstrip nails and my carpet rolling up....the grills are always dirty cause tenants r rude and they don't clean up after themselves...both grills r hard to light basically throw a match in there....fireplace at pool don't work or is impossible to light....most of the spotlights that shine on trees in pool area do not work.... The fan and lights and tv in cabana do not work....I still don't have a covered spot and lived here 1.5 years...I'm sure there is more but my fingers hurt..this is the first time I have ever yelped so u know I am not pleased...wheres the luxury probably just the price of rent.....few hours later after sticking my hands in that crap I fixed it....should I send them a bill just like they charge me a light bulb probably cAnt read more

I've been living here for 10 months now and have absolutely lost any hope for the rest of my stay being a good experience. To start off with: We pay a good bit of money in comparison to other apts in the area for a gated community, and at least one of the gates is ALWAYS BROKEN. We have told the office before about one in particular several times, and it still hasn't been fixed. Currently, the pool lights are broken, the hot tub is always either soapy or over chlorinated, and there are branches from the last storm still in our yard area. Oh, and they say the pool is heated but it really isn't heated enough at night to notice. We even had to alert them TWICE of glass in our assigned parking spot before they would do anything about it. We've had people parked in our assigned spot for days at a time, and when we told management, they told us just to wait on them to move. Now, on to the condition of the apartments themselves: Our A/C has been broken (either non working or dripping pools of water on our carpet) at least 10 times in 10 months. They claimed that our A/C was dripping because we kept the air on 70 degrees (one of the office ladies even argued with me that I shouldn't keep it on 70 and that it was my fault it was dripping) until I posted online about it and they miraculously sent someone out who again, miraculously, found the issue and fixed it by drilling a hole in the top of our shower that now leaks rusty water, which we called the office about and they sent someone to clean the tub, not to actually fix the dripping rusty water. We even had to ask them to send someone out to clean the carpet where the water dripping had literally saturated it and had a musty smell over the 10 times we had maintenance crews in since we've lived here. Now, we want to break our lease and move due to all these constant issues, and they want $1700 to break it not including our security deposit. Side note: Your pet "fee" doesn't actually pay for anything...... Its just a fee. OH and an additional pet rent. That's right, if your pet actually does cause damages, that money doesn't go towards anything. This is the most money hungry complex I have ever lived in. read more

If you are looking for a headache and more stress then you have found the right place! On top of the staff not being the most professional the construction of the overall apartments is ridiculous. Be prepared to spend quite of bit on electricity because of poor insulation and just from personal experience having the overflow from the A/C unit drip on your head while taking a shower is not a pleasant experience. I felt more like I was in a jail cell then living on my own with all the rules and regulations. I personally was accused of having a pool party which is prohibited and this was during the first week I arrived and I am from out of town with no local friends so explain that one. They threatened to give me a 10 day notice before even looking at the cameras to find out it was someone else. Don't be side tracked by the service as they take that away with your signature. Take my word for it if you don't want to run into any frustrations than try to rent at a more friendly and honest community. read more
