Floyd went above and beyond for us when buying our home. I cannot think of a better example of a great professional and good hearted person. I would not even consider working with another realtor after working with Yost. Truly one of the greatest businesses in Casa Grande. If you're looking for a realtor go straight to Floyd at Yost. You cannot go wrong. I give thanks for meeting Floyd, his great service, and friendship.

My dad had us set up to go with them and their Realtor's, Jeff & Debbie to look at a house they found that we heard was amazing. My husband and I were looking for an investment house and didn't know that what we would be walking into would be our home in just about 30 days. First off, Jeff and Debbie are great people! They show professionalism and really really care about their clients. They seem to always be available when you need them and made the house buying process seem easy and seamless. They worked with us on making the sale out to what we wanted it to be and explained everything to us. They gave great advice and were very honest with us. They are on the ball and ready to serve you! Even after the purchase has gone through they are still there for you to help you with anything you may need. They are great and we are so glad that we got to work with them to buy the house that we have always wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend using Jeff and Debbie as your Realtor's. I actually cant recommend them enough! =)

From the first walk through they pointed out features to fix in order to make the house more appealing and had contacts to get all of it done. We had a tenant that was in the unit at the time and it was not always easy, but Jeff and Debbie were understanding and accommodating. They offered client portals for us to see if there were viewings and updates on the neighborhood to see if we would need to adjust our approach. Once we had a offer they drew out what the offer would look like to our end game and also included a counter offer. We countered and it was accepted, we were under contract in about 4 days. They kept us posted on the inspection and appraisal as well as when then loan for the buyer was funded. The day of the closing they were reaching out to us to congratulate us, which is awesome seeing how many agents see the transaction as closed and move on. Jeff and Debbie also sent us a follow up email letting us know about the escrow account on our house that we sold and how we should have funds coming back to us from that. Overall if you are looking for someone to show you around or list your house, and truly be honest with you and still care about your interest, Jeff and Debbie are the way to go.

I hardly ever was able to get ahold of Jon Russo. After being strung along for two weeks by this…read moreguy I finally call Robert Russo and he rudely told me they didn't allow cats because they were the worst animal you could possible have in a rental. Why did Jon accept my application and money for a background check then? Cons, thats all they are, thank you for wasting 2 weeks of my time and money. Thanks to you I have less than 30 days now to find a home for my wife and children before we are homeless, you gave me false hope for two weeks telling me we were just waiting for the owners to tell me how much they would raise rent because of my cats. I never got to even view the property, or even meet Jon in person he just ignored my calls, emails, and texts, in 2 weeks I spoke to him twice just to have Robert russo tell me his opinion that cats are the worst animals ever and that basically I would never get a rental. This company should not be managing properties, its nepotism at its finest. They are rude, condescending and a con company taking advantage of people in the current market who are running out of options. I have never had a rental company string me along for 2 weeks, its either a yes our approved or your not, not your approved and we will take your money but wait we don't like cats. Would have been nice if you were upfront about that. I rent directly across the street from this rental and the owners here are selling, there is no reason they couldn't have come and seen that my cats didn't cause damage to where I live now or even contact the landlord here to verify, I qualified for the house, you guys are very very wrong.
